Taco Bell

I rarely do fast food but taco bell is our favorite, visiting this one is ordered about $ 14 worth of food one of which consisted of a drink, I get my food and even a straw but no drink, then suddenly the window shuts on me, I wait about 2 minutes for a manager to open the window and ask what else I needed after I reply I would like my drink he questions me about 4 times if I actually received my drink while sticking his head out of the window to view the interior of my suv to ensure I didn’t get my drink already. Please I pulled up in a 80k suv do you think I’m trying to scam you for less then a buck of soda. TACO BELL you need to make this right or higher actual management in your franchises

Great service! And helped me to decide if the grande was too grande… by explaining it was half a pound of food. TG they did, was hungry… And now very full. Anyways, they’re very friendly

Ultimate fail. Stopped by this Taco Bell to grab a taco and a burrito only for them to tell me that they will be out of taco meat for the next 25 minutes. Are you kidding me? First off the manager should be ashamed or embarrassed of themselves. That’s like going to Taco Bell and then saying they are out of taco meat! «oh wait a minute, that is what happened!» Shaking my head, I can’t believe this!

Super friendly staff, the employees greeted me when I walked in, Antonia, my cashier, told me please let me know if you need anything. Restaurant was very clean

I just took the longest route to Taco Bell. I had been trying for two days to get around to one of my typical repeat performances of of a restaurant. This time it was Taco Bell’s stuffed nacho I was trying to snack on. Taking into account that I have a history of being obnoxious at this restaurant, I was beginning to wonder if it was worth it. It was.

Food is amazing. I had two crunch wrap sliders and they tasted heavenly. I’m temped to be a fatty and buy two more! Super clean inside and the service. .
Lady at the counter is so above and beyond.
After you order and are seated, she circles around to check on you after. Service I would expect in a high class place but refreshing to know nice people out there.
Right down the st from my favorite car wash so I’m definitely coming back.

The staff in the daytime has always been nice and friendly.
We went here last night pretty late and when we got our order from the drive thru we were missing some items. We informed the person working the window and they went to solve the problem after throwing our change at my friend.
A different girl came over with the missing food and very rudely said «thanks for snatching.» My friend and I were both confused and unsure why she would even say that. Overall the night staff seems far less professional and I don’t think I’ll be stopping by at night again any time soon.
Super disappointed by this behavior and I wish I would have gotten the employees’ names.

I always feel just a little bit sleezy eating at Taco Bell, but I had a craving for those Doritos Tacos. I mostly don’t regret my decision.
Can’t really expect too much, and this location is serviceable.

This is the first time I’ve actually been unhappy going to this Taco Bell.
I know it’s not healthy but sometimes it’s easier to go get fast good and with prior experience they have already done well with the orders and went very quickly.
Today the drive thru was a lot longer than usual and the messed up my order twice.
I got my order and I was missing two items so I parked my car and went inside to get the missing items and I told the gentleman and provided the receipt to show that I was just here and I was missing two items. It took them awhile to figure out what I was telling them then they passed me off to another employee and they couldn’t remember the items I was missing so I had to remind them again.
After that I finally got my taco and burrito. I went ahead and left and got to my job to eat and when I open up my food the original order was wrong again! I had ordered some chili cheese burritos and on the receipt it says chili cheese burritos I ended up getting bean burritos…
So this whole experience was pretty terrible I would say but I have never had this issue ever before here. Hopefully next time if I come to this one again the order will be correct.

The service we received was AWESOME! This is the BEST TB location so far!
I have been eating at TB since a kid and no place comes close to the quality of service I received here. A staff member (a young guy) delivered the food at our table, the cashier (Cristina) waited patiently for a long time for my order. she even came to us to check if everything was good and if she could be of any assistance. Wow! never heard this outside of top sit-​down restaurants.
Later Cristina was cleaning the store and came and asked if she could take our trash as the path to the trash bins was wet. Finally when we were leaving she thanked us for coming. What a service at a fast food restaurant! where our bill was about $ 8. Just AMAZING!
Oh BTW, this placed made the black bean burrito the best. Most places where I had the BBBs the BBs were less cooked but this place had them in the right softness.

This is one of the Taco Bell’s that I almost never have an issue with. They actually take great care in providing a good customer service and have rarely if ever made an order wrong with me. c I go there all the time at lunchtime just because it is cheap and sometime I crave a good volcano burrito. I wish I could give fast food 5 stars but it is fast food and will only ever get 4 stars max. But as far as as good as one can get, this is a good restaurant.

I can’t give Taco Bell 5 stars, I just cannot. (I never eat meat at ANY Taco Bell.) But, I’m giving this location 4 stars! I’ve eaten at a lot of Taco Bells in my lifetime. This one is the best, hands-​down. I’ve never been disappointed in the food. What floors me is that the employees are always friendly and upbeat. And, I know why! I was eating inside one day when the manager or assistant manager was doing some training. He was telling them to always ask the customers how they are and be mannerly and friendly… and they are! I was very impressed with the manager who was training them. He said more, but I cannot remember — but he did a great job. This Taco Bell is always very clean too.

You have to know what you’re going for. I am not comparing this against other local places — just against other Taco Bells.
This is one of my grab and go /​satisfy the grumble belly places.
The problem is when you order a bean burrito fresco and they skimp on the fresco. I know it will never look like the photo on the ordering board, but please — more than a tablespoon of tomatoes please.

The bf and I very rarely eat out, including fast food so before we went to the grocery store on an empty stomach we decided to treat ourselves to some tasty taco bell. I ALWAYS get the chicken taquitos, he ALWAYS gets the cheesy bean and rice burrito. They apparently don’t make either of those anymore… I about had heart failure. Then the guy told me «well we have the stuff to make it, I’ll just ring a few items up, and hey it’ll even be cheaper.» We got a few other things and surprisingly they got EVERY item right, which is unheard of at any taco bell. I appreciated them making an effort to make our grumbling tummies happy.

Avoid this location outside of normal dining hours. I always get someone who is «still learning» how to do things when visiting outside of normal rush hours like lunch and dinner. Last time my tacos were wrapped in all the wrong wrappers, forcing us to open each one so we could figure out which taco and burrito was which. Another occasion I ordered several chicken burritos that were served with rice and chicken only, NO SAUCE OR CHEESE! I was really bummed when I got home and found that my burritos were missing the sauces that make them so darn tasty, grrrrr, On another occasion I went through the drive through with a car full of people. We carefully ordered in a clear voice, order was repeated back to us perfectly. When we got to the window the employee seemed confused. The car in line in front of us was pulling into a parking space due to their order being incorrect, thank goodness they double checked before they got home. We were then asked to repeat our entire order, at which point we realized this was not a place we wanted to eat (if they can’t remember an order, can they remember to sanitize things, wash hands, etc?). To be fair, on busy days during normal lunch or dinner hours I have had great service and tasty food. But the crappy experiences during late night and evening visits has really turned me off from this location. Better to hit up the Taco Cabana down at Mopac and Parmer instead. Also, avoid the nearby Taco Bell on N Lamar at night unless you carry a concealed hand gun. No, I’m not exaggerating, gang bangers and low lifes often start fights in the parking lot for some dumb reason. It’s worth noting that this location is usually clean and has an extra wide door to make wheelchair access easier. Staff has never been rude to me, but some members are inexperienced in food preparation it would seem.

Service is always horrible, half the time rude. The food is bad even for a taco bell. AVOID
