Tom was an invaluable asset in our home buying process. We had never purchased a new build before and Tom was there with us every step of the way. He stopped by the house often and provided us with pictures and updates. There were quite a few coffee shop meetings when we were panicked about some new issue or question and Tom calmly helped us interpret everything and choose the best course of action. He met us at the sales office, at the design center and at closing to be sure everything went smoothly.
He’s very personable, confident and reassuring. If we need to sell or buy a home again in the future, it’s a guarantee that we’ll use Tom again as our Realtor.

As a first time seller that was leaving the state within a week, I found Tom Rott through the listings on Zillow. His five star rating on zillow is well-​deserved! I received a prompt and through e-​mail response from Tom within a few hours of e-​mailing him. The quick response time was never lost.
Tom kept me up-​to-​date even though I’m living thousands of miles away. Tom consistently went above and beyond his duties. There was about a month between the listing date and the closing date. I couldn’t have asked for more from my realtor.

Great Realtor. This was our first home buying experience, so going into it, we were naturally nervous. He set us at ease about the buying process, and worked with us patiently for almost 3 months. He took time out of his Saturdays and Sunday for several weeks in a row and showed us close to 30 houses before we decided.
Tom is extremely knowledgable about the Real Estate process. It’s been a year after our purchase and we still call him if we have any questions about the house. When it comes time to buying and selling again, Tom is the first person we will call.

Tom Rott was our Realtor this past year and helped us sell not one, but TWO condos in Hyde Park! He was extremely professional and very proactive — he coordinated open houses every other weekend which resulted in the sale of the first condo!
