Top-Notch Renovations

We recently had our master bath completely renovated by Top-​Notch. I have had experience in the past with other contractors for various repairs and renovations. Nothing compares to the quality, responsiveness and attention to detail delivered by Top-​Notch. They laid out an initial plan and tracked nearly to the day throughout the entire process. The quality of the work was excellent. Robert pays attention to detail and if it’s not done to his satisfaction, it is corrected. The tile work by Sebastian was outstanding. Overall, a very high quality and professional job.

I used Top Notch Renovations to completely remodel my house, and I was VERY happy with the results! Seems like Robert had somebody at the house working pretty much every day until the work was finished. It has now been 5 years and I haven’t had any problems. (Rudy was the name of the guy who did most of the work, so if you could request somebody by name, I’d say he did EXCELLENT work!)
If you are worried about how you’ll feel in the end, Top Notch really made sure I was comfortable with the results — great company!

First off the previous reviews do not do Robert and his crew the justice they deserve.
I am very happy with the work and personel attention given during the repairs to my house after a neighbors Dodge 4 door deisel dually drove through my house.
They have been very profesional and helpful throughout the whole repair process. The work is Top Notch and they clean up after work is complete. Robert and Jenny have helped and addressed any question or concern that I may have had making the repair portion of a very stressfull situation very easy to deal with. All the stress that was caused by a dis-​honest insurance company started to fade when Robert and his crew started fixing the big whole in my wall. Work was finished with time to spare and with minimal time away from work.

My husband and I are looking to remodel our bathrooms. Carrie C’s glowing review of Top Notch sounded great! So I put them on our list of people to call to come out for a quote.
I talked to Robert for about ten minutes. He didn’t want to do quotes on evenings or weekends, but my husband and I both work. He eventually said «my wife will kill me, but I’ll do it on an evening.» He then said we both have to be there in case my husband and I argue and disagree on the work he does, and he couldn’t put himself in a position between married people. That sounded a little weird to me, but he sounded nice otherwise, so I figured I’d give him a shot at the work.
The next day, I got a voicemail from his wife canceling our appointment saying that we «weren’t a good fit for them.» I just wish they’d been honest from the beginning and not wasted my ten minutes writing down every detail of the work I wanted and all my contact information and where I’d heard of them if they were just going to cancel immediately afterward. The whole encounter was weird.

In the last three months, Top Notch has done the following for us–
— replaced and painted an exterior door
— textured and painted two bathrooms
— re-​shingled our roof
— replaced gutters
— washed and stained a patio
— replaced a light fixture
— put in a set of interior french doors and two regular interior doors
— painted a vanity and made a new top for it
— painted several rooms
… and I am sure there are at least 5 things that I am forgetting!
Top Notch can do almost anything you need done for your house and they’ll do it for a reasonable price and at the time they said they would do it! It’s even nicer that both Lana and Robert are great at responding to emails and texts as s that can make it WAY easier to communicate while you’re stuck at work.
I would highly recommend having them come out and give you an estimate on your next project. I mean. now that they’ve finished all that stuff for us I guess it’s ok to let you all know how great they are :)
