Amazing! Great selection of veggies, I love the fresh jalepenos. Beef and lamb is always tender, not over cooked. Fantastic staff, love this place.

The place was dirty. Floors, tables, prep area. Slipping from when they opened. Too bad because food is great but dirty wins.

I have to tell you I was super excited about my first Verts. I mean, what’s not to like; fast, economically priced, convenient, and healthy. The Texan sounded like the right choice of heat for me and my date was excited about her Gyro salad as well.
However, I must say I think Dawn H.‘s review from a month prior was spot on. While the meal looked amazing, the meat seemed to be dry to both of us. It just wasn’t that great — at least not a juicy as the lamb we get on a consistent basis from Tino’s near the house.
Love the concept at Verts — just not the execution on this day…

This place is so good! I go in twice a week for lunch to get a healthy salad or decently healthy kebap. The employees are always smiling and friendly. Now if only I could get some of those 50% off coupons I read about.

Disclaimer: This is the only Verts location I’ve been to so I can’t compare it to other stores.
I eat here every now and then because it’s easy, inexpensive, and I like all of their selections (lamb, chicken, The Texan, wraps, salads, kebaps, so on); however, the quality is SO hit and miss!!!
The Gyro meat is often grizzly and just ick. They don’t stack it correctly or cut it right… I don’t know. Have never had Gyro like theirs before. Certainly NOT «lean» as stated on their «Quality Ingredients» portion of the menu. Decent flavor, but just can’t handle the texture. No thanks.
Also, on a few visits the kebap bread has been stale maybe as it easily tore and fell apart and made it very difficult to eat. :(
The chicken is good. Thought it was a bit salty, but quickly discovered it was all of the sauces (3 on The Original) they put on the kebaps.
Surprisingly, my favorite, and go-​to, is The Original Falafel Kebap with the sauces on the SIDE. Quite yummy and very filling.
I really wish Verts could be more consistent and get their Gyro together! Mary had a little lamb…, (

First of all, I went there at closing time, starving for food. Awesome service. Food, even better with an American twist to the cuisine. Meat was cooked properly and te house sauce goes well with the sandwiches. Highly recommended.

I wish I had one where I live. It’s a very friendly environment with nice employees. The beef and lamb kebab was delicious. Also if you like falafel (vegan), their falafel Kebab was ultra good as well.

This is our family’s favorite place to eat! We love so much about this place. It’s close. The flavor in their meat and yogurt sauces are absolutely amazing! The beef/​lamb is my favorite! I’m not a lamb foodie, but the way they combine it with Beef is just superb! My favorite is getting a beef/​lamb salad full of all their fresh veggies, and topped with their herb vinegarette dressing and a touch of their spicy red yogurt dressing. And Verts just added sweet potato fries to their menu and they are superb with a kebab or salad! Just like any fries, they have to be cut and cooked correctly or they just aren’t worth eating. Verts has the perfect crispness, flavor and thickness for fries. I promise you’ll love this place! Everyone I’ve brought has just loved it!

The company reached out to me and so I recently returned to the same location with friends. The employees were just as wonderful and this time the food quality was much improved. I am very impressed with the company’s goal of truly keeping their customers happy.

I have been coming to this Vertz location for the last three years and each time I go in they treat me like I’m their number one customer! Recently I went in to the Hill Country Galleria and Hans was amazing… The way he portioned out all of toppings perfectly on the kebab … it was a work of art!!! Great job Hans at the Hill Country Galleria keep up the good work!
… Oh, and the sweet potato fries were possibly the best I have ever had!!!

Muy Bien Hecho!!! The Kėbap has 294,912 combinations. I’m gonna try them all. It’s a healthy and tasty lunch, midday snack or dinner.

Quality meats wonderfully seasoned, fresh, crisp ingredients, and wonderful sauces all go into making an delicious healthy meal. Add to the mix the friendly, personal, and knowledgeable staff and you have a great place to go eat.

This review is soley based on the service I received, not the food, which was OK.
There was a line out the door when my boyfriend and I walked in for lunch today. When we got closer to the counter we figured out why. Since neither one of us have been to Vertskebap before, and I had a coupon I decided we should try it out. We soon decided we would not be coming back and here’s why…
1. You have 5 employees all crowded in one area not helping ANYONE
2. One of those employees is new, but not just fresh off of training and he needs a few extra minutes new, like he needs someone to explain to him how to open the lid of the meat container to place it on the wrap new…5 minutes later…
3. Your supervisor is standing there yelling about a stupid coin I supposedly need to get my fries. I ordered fries, just give them to me… and literally give them to me now that you’ve
A. forgotten them in the first place and B. already rung me up for the rest of my meal
4. I said I had a coupon and a discount for working in the Galleria and you ignored both because you were too busy talking over me then acknowledging my needs. You proceeded to shrug it off and say, sorry, next time but then ring me up full price for the fries YOU forgot.
Weirdest experience of my life ordering food, and I can guarantee it wasn’t worth going back for. I will be sure to steer all of my employees away from this place when they ask for lunch suggestions for them and their clients. NO WAY am I going to condone that kind of environment for a break from their work day!

Verts is definitely one of my new favorites,
Lamb & Beef with feta, garlic cream sauce, lettuce, tomato, & cucumber. So damn good!

Vert’s is on of my favorite places to eat. Hans at this location always takes great care of me and the entire staff is great. Lots of fresh topping for the kebap and the salad is awesome also. Good beers on tap for that awesome adult beverage.
If you want a great meal that doesn’t sit hard on your stomach and great service I recommend Vert’s

We went here as a family to eat a quick healthy dinner. I love the menu. They have lots of yummy vegetables to top the sandwiches. I had the lamb/​beef combo and I loved every bite. Order extra sauce!
My daughter had a falafel and she hated it. I assumed she was being dramatic so I took a bite. I did not hate it, but I must say it was not great. It was very bland and the texture was not pleasing. I would not recommend it!
The restaurant was clean. The service was fine but a little disorganized. Overall it was a fine experience.

Cool place. Original for the states, healthy, tasty, and reasonably priced. The kabaps are great. If you like gyro’s your going to love Kebaps. Even if gyros aren’t your thing Kebaps are different enough that you just might love them.
It’s fast food, with a healthy spin. Give it a try.

Food is fantastic and this is a locally owned business! Excellent flavor combo. I got the spicy red & garlic sauces in a beef & lamb kebap loaded with veggies. Even the fries are made fresh and seasoned to order. Atmosphere is clean and friendly. The servers were knowledgeable about the business, welcomed me warmly, and guided me on how best to enjoy my first kebap here. Bonus: Regulate is playing on the satellite radio in here («Rhythm is life, and life is rhythm») so I’m jamming while I eat.

I love eating at verts, but my boyfriend and I prefer to come to this location. We have been coming several times a month since the first week they opened and can say the quality of food and the friendliness of their employees have never fallen short! We have been to several other locations (620, cedar park, and the drag) but love the bee cave location most. It can get a little crowded during the lunch rush but I usually take it to-​go during those times and my wrap is just as delicious when I get it back to work, even lets it marinate in the garlic sauce a little bit ;) don’t be afraid to try something new, you will not be disappointed!

I’m giving this place 5 stars for the customer service, and the food was good. I have never been here and I went for the first time last week. I had no idea what a kepab was and the employee was very helpful. He explained the whole menu, how to order and suggested what was best. I’m not a lamb person, so I just ordered the beef kebap. My hubby got the beef and lamb. We both added the house sauce. I add veggies to mine and my hubby ordered corn and cucumber. He’s not a big veggie person. The large fries is enough for two ppl. The regular is probably good for two, the sandwiches are big and filling. I can’t wait to try this again as a salad and wrap and try the chicken. The place was clean, food tasted fresh. Nice little addition to Bee Cave.
