***GO SOMEWHERE ELSE** I have been a Walgreens Customer for many years but today was the day where I had enough with the drive thru pharmacy department. Like other similar complaints it was way understaffed during peak afternoon hours. 25 minutes to wait on the customer in front of me!!! This person should have clearly been told to go inside to resolve their issue. There were cars behind me so I was stuck and could not leave. I tried calling the pharmacy department to complain and never got an answer. I got the standard message but when I finally reached the window, it was clear they were just refusing to answer the phone. I won’t be going back and my recommendation is that you don’t either!

I have come in and out of this Walgreens for the past six years. Besides the easy parking and convenient Redbox, I mostly come to pick up my one hour photos. I’m kind of addicted to the app on my phone which allows you to print photos at the store within an hour. You can even enter a coupon code for a significant discount. The quality is decent, but the convenience and fast service is what keeps me coming back. I don’t normally buy groceries here, but they’re always there to save me in emergencies and when I’m in a rush.

This these people are the most incompetent pharmacy staff I have ever dealt with. Every time I require something of them they somehow manage to mess it up. Call in and wait on hold for 15 minutes to ask to have a prescription filled– «We never heard from you so it’s not done.» Wait 35 minutes in the drive through to pick up a prescription they told me they would have done– «Oh, well we don’t have your medicine ready yet. Go away and come back. You are in the way of the car behind you.» Wait 25 minutes inside in line to get your medicine-«Ma’am, can you step aside? This man was here first.» (No. He wasn’t.) Do these people realize they are medical professionals??? That people come to them when they are sick and don’t deserve to be jerked around? Customer service is beyond bad and they always seem so rushed, I wouldn’t dare ask a question. Besides, they’d prolly manage to to give me an answer that would cause me harm somehow. AVOID THIS PLACE!

This is the absolute worst pharmacy on the face of the planet. Go anywhere else — unless you enjoy waiting for 30 minutes in the drive thru. You will wait if you go inside too. I can’t even count the number of times there has been an «issue» of some kind with getting my prescription. The 24-​hr part is not worth it!

mary r is the best SA (she mainly handles the cosmetic counter) at any walgreen’s by far. she is very friendly, extremely helpful and very understanding. i try to only shop when she works, seriously.
store is like any other WGs, ok organized and clean. this is a pretty busy WG too. but i cannot commend mary enough. she is the best!
