Fresko is a welcomed alternative when compared to the poor options housed in the same location previously. The food is fresh, and delicious, and there’s a good variety of vegetarian alternatives if you are not into sushi. It’s important to note that this is a dairy kosher restaurant so there meat will not be served.

Not being much of a seafood lover, I really wish they had some alternative options (chicken, maybe?). They have a couple of vegetarian options, which is what I eat the couple of times I’ve come here. The soups, although they change daily, taste the same to me, but not bad, just okay. Today I had a yellow squash soup that tastes the same as an asparagus soup I had last week. The guy that took my order really wasn’t well — versed on the menu. When I asked if he had sushi with no seafood, he was confused and didn’t really answer my question. This is the place I go when I dont feel like walking to Aventura mall to grab something decent.
