Smart For Life

Smart For Life in Aventura is a complete fraud. This was my first time using couptessa after being a loyal groupon and living social user for years… and I am horrified!
It took me four calls to even get an appointment, then, when I arrived, the place was closed down (I was early, BTW). I drove an hour to get there and WASTED half a day on this garbage. I was not the only person waiting, either.
There were oddles of people reporting similar unprofessional nonsense– being closed when they cam for the appointment, never answering the phone, taking payment for items and never sending them, last-​minute up-​charging (bait & switch), and now the voice mail is full.
After reading the reviews Couptessa, I was SHOCKED that they haven’t taken the initiative to refund everyone who bought this fraudulent coupon. Shame on you, Couptessa. Shane on you Smart for Life.
If you are thinking of doing business with these people, DON’T! Just walk the other way.
