Scammed! Watch out. No service agreement provided because the sales guy, Darian, added the insurance I told him I didn’t want and added in the «FREE» Harmon Kardon speaker I was told I was getting for signing on with them. He didn’t bother to transfer my 1600 photos or data, apps, etc and told me they’d show up «later“because it took time. I only found out I was paying for the speaker when I walked into a store back home in LA, trying to see if they could retrieve my pictures. That’s when I also found out Darian had signed me up for insurance. Sprint won’t honor what their salesman told me so you can bet I’ll return the speaker and get one anywhere else. You have been warned. I feel slimed.

I’ve been going to this store for years and never had a problem. Unfortunately I had 4 major problems just recently. I just find out that I’m being charged for 4 things that I never asked for.
Today I discovered that the representative that signed me up 6 months ago put me down for phone insurance that I didn’t want. That’s $ 13×6.
I also discovered that I’m being charged $ 9.59 a month for a car charger and for a case that the representative told me was free because it came with the phone I got for my daughter. What nerve!!! I double checked with him whether it was really free and he said yes. Still I’m being charged for it! The charger is $ 34.99 and the case is $ 79.99. Really??? I can get the same case and charger for less than $ 20 on eBay same quality. On top of all that… after I specifically said I didn’t want insurance HE STILL CHARGED ME FOR IT!!! Do you guys make a commission on this insurance???
Here’s a fifth thing but it’s yet unconfirmed. After I purchased my daughter’s phone I found out that my account was being charged for a new iPhone 6 and a new line was already being set up without my consent. I have my suspicions that it came from this store, but it’s not confirmed.
BE VERY CAREFUL WITH THIS STORE. I just discovered 4 things and a possible 5^th. Don’t give your PIN number to the representative. Type it in yourself because who knows? BE CAREFUL, and double check all of the little things, and watch out for the so called «free“things they give you.

Very poor and unhelpful customer service. The store personnel is inexperienced and unwilling to be of much assistance. I would recommend going elsewhere if you want to get new service or have an issue with existing service.

Told us over the phone they had the 16 g iPhone 6. Asked them 3 times to confirm. When we got there they didn’t have it and told us they made a mistake. They only had the 64 g.

So I call the store to ask a question, the rep says «give me one moment while I find out for you» I hung up after my phone time reach 21 FLIPPING MINUTES! HORRIBLE disregard for customers. If you don’t care & don’t like you job then QUIT & do something with your life that doesn’t upset someone else!

I always get amazing service when I come to this site. Eloy, the service tech, is always very helpful and about my best options for my phone repair. Thanks Eloy!

Eric in tech support is the main one that keeps me coming back. He is quick, reliable, knowledgeable and wants to help or solve the problem. Hugo is a service and helps with selling and changing your plan. He is like Eric. Very friendly, very knowledgable and suggestive sells but isn’t a nuisance about it. This store is always busy but I will wait for these two. If they leave than I probably won’t be back.

This place used to be a great place with a lot of knowledgeable associates. (Check out the other review it is from 2008) Now most associates are new who do not know what they are doing. Could not activated my phone. I went online in a chat and took me 10 minutes to do it. Customer service has gone down in general, sprint does not care anymore about its customer and only want to get new business. Also if you make appointments it does not matter, you still have to wait in line and walk ins have priority over you.
4G with Sprint is also a rip off, even though it is unlimited it is the speed of 3G most other carriers and does not have in many places. Phones are a lot more expensive to 10 year customers than new people off the street? Makes no sense to me! Also the reception is not the best, it searches for network many times and does not connect or drops the calls.
Buyer Be WARE! Go to another carrier… once you sign up no one will care about you.

Am I getting ready to type something nice about a cell phone company? Yes, yes, I am. I know that’s a rarity, but here goes: My husband had a problem with his phone, we took it here, we met super awesome Danny, Danny took the phone apart, mulled over the situation, gave us a prognosis, sent us home with a new phone. The whole thing took maybe 20 minutes, which, in terms of cell phone drama, was really fast. Overall, it was a pretty great experience – with a cell phone. Shocking, I know!
