Friday night DJ on the patio??? What what??? Game on at the Grill!!! So many sexy lady’s kick it here for happy hour. Even the ugliest poor bastard can meet a great looking gal here! I recommend Friday nights here to all of the decent fellas out there. If you have the opportunity to have Garfield be your bartender for a great night out, Y’all will be in for one hell of an evening! These guys and gals know how to make sure you enjoy your night out and I couldn’t possibly recommend a better happy hour spot in the area!

Garfield is a fantastic bartender, extremely professional and knows how to make great whiskey sour! This is my second visit and it’s been a joy each time. Calamari was delicious and crab cakes to die for! Nice quiet setting during the week, great for a romantic date ;)

Came for happy hour. The three glass carfe is a great deal, averaging around $ 15. The espresso martini is to die for! Best I’ve ever had. Ordered the tuna sashimi — this is not actually raw, it’s seared and a let down — the crab cake sliders, the pan seared salmon, and the potato with sour cream bacon, and chives. Over all not impressed with the food. The drinks were the best thing here. One star for atmosphere, one star for drink specials, one star for service.

The food was great. Nice atmosphere. We were well taken care of by our server Danilo with great attention from the rest of the staff. Would recommend.

Delicious food and attentive service. Whoever the bartender is makes a wonderful cucumber gimlet. Def a great choice to eat when shopping at the mall

Happy Hour and Bartenders like Garfield is the best experience in this mall.
After being there several times and having everything from burgers and crab sliders to chocolate cream pies and Mexican coffees, I have to say I leave every single time in a good, satisfied mood.
It’s worth the above average cost. Especially if to avoid the Cheesecake Factory crowd. There’s something to being serene and busy at the same time. The Grill has perfected this.

Last night was my first time visiting this establishment, and the experience was horrible. We had reservations for 8pm was seated our server introduced himself and then disappeared. This guy never brought us our drink orders, late bringing bread to the table, we sat there for an hour before he took our dinner order no exaggeration, we complained to the manager he promised he would get the waiter some help, yep you guessed it that never happened. I would love to tell you how the food taste, but I wouldn’t know I am truly dissatisfied and disappointed at the way things were handled by the manager. I will be calling the company and leaving a formal complaint, worst experience ever.

I had a great experience here. Dinner was great and delicious! I recommend to order the oysters, you won’t be disappointed. I will visit this restaurant each time I visit Miami. It doesn’t get better than this place!

The food is delish. We ate off the happy hour menu. The lobster lettuce cups were awesome. Highly recommend this place. It’s a regular for me when I visit Miami.

Cheesecake Factory was busy so wandered over to the Grill. Overall, a nice experience. Had the Kobe burger and starter salad.
Service was a little slow — as the waiter preferred talking with his guests than serving. But would definitely go back and recommend.

Oh well!!! I thought last time was an exception… It’s starting to be the rule! Management, what is going on??? Did you change the chef? How about hiring competent waiters? Today again it was a disaster… Even worst than last time!
Our waiter Antonio did not know his right from his left… 4 tables for him outside… That’s it.
Cutlery not on time, drinks also not on time, bread, after 5 minutes… Well I thought I was in a high end fast food chain!
I ordered the wedge salad… Even though the lettuce was «the heart «which I enjoyed, the blue cheese dressing is something to cry about… What is this? Maybe pure mayo? Completely awful! Ordered some more blue cheese and they brought after a while the awful creamy mayo! So, started on the wrong foot again…
Then I gave them a try with the New York steak… Well this time I did call the manager and told him to look at what they brought out… This is a shame! How can the chef accept this? How can the waiter accept to bring out a piece of meat like this? Really? Well the manager took both back and brought 2 new ones that were over cooked… Oh well, we had to eat at some point, so no use saying anything there.
When I ordered the brussels sprouts that I always order without bacon, the waiter told me it could not be done… Too complicated for him to take this request to the kitchen. I did tell him that we have had these MANY times before and he should make the effort… We got them and they were VERY good!!! The creamed spinach was also quite nice…
All in all, someone should come and take a look at what is going on… Your reputation is by far not living up to expectations!!!
Might come back to see if there are changes made… For the moment, don’t send more specials, deals etc. until you fix these issues…

After A few hours of shopping at the Aventura Mall you could work up a great appetite. This place hits the spot in every way. Once you get the bartenders attention you will get a great drink and excellent food. We started with oysters that were excellent then moved on to tacos fish tacos after that had the salmon that was cooked to perfection Then we finish it off with fillet mignon skewers also perfectly cooked check it out for happy hour

Excellent service. The porterhouse with truffle butter did not disappoint. BUT the lobster mashed potatoes did, as well as the grilled shrimp. Both were overlooked leaving the shrimp dried out and the lobster a bit rubbery.
Will not be returning, at these $$$ prices the dinner should have been much better.

Stepping into this restaurant, I looked forward to my dinner. Interior was nice and clean, and open kitchen concept is always a winner to me. The sitting area outside was just as nice.
I expected to be raving about my dinner with the prices being what they were. We were greeted with a pretty grumpy waiter who didn’t have much interest in answering any Qs. I ordered the filet salad and my husband the scallops. I asked for the filet to be well done and it came out very pink and incredibly salty. By the time he came back to check on us, my husband had already finished his dinner. I had no desire to wait for them to correct my dinner.
High point of the evening: I walked across to get a slice of cheesecake from Cheesecake Factory, which was much more satisfying than my dinner at the grill.

Well I have no real complaints, the food was amazing and I wish I could remember our waiters name. He had such a pleasant spirit, he was helpful and gave us great suggestions. The steak was amazing, the drinks were great and ambiance was laid back since we decided I sit outside, but inside of the restaurant was beautiful. I would recommend them to everyone, just make sure you bring at least $ 200 if you’re dinning for 2.

Garfield and joe are the best bartenders I’ve had the pleasure of meeting in Aventura, possibly soflo in general. Not only do they make you feel at home and completely comfortable in a fine dining atmosphere, but their happy hour menu is impeccable (4 – 7).
No matter what the other reviews say… their dinner menu is phenomenal. The restaurant in general is a breath of fresh air from the hustle and bustle of Aventura mall.
If you’re passing by and would like a quick Kobe
burger, you’ll be blown away. If you’re shopping and need a break, Garfield will make you laugh like there’s no tomorrow. Try it out, I promise it’ll be an experience you will never forget.

Service is excellent. I have been frequenting this place for a few years. The Kobe burger is my go to. But many other delites on the menu are super tasty. If you are looking for an original libation, ask Danny or Constantine to make you something with you preferred spirit base.
If it isn’t to Miami Heatish, my man loves to enjoy a cigar on their patio. People watching is kind of our thing. At Aventura mall, it gets no better. This is supposedly the 3^rd most visited mall in the country. Beautiful people everywhere. Strange ones as well. But who am I to judge.
If in Aventura, it is a must visit.

Garfield is an amazing Bar Tender and just introduced me to my favorite new martini olive. Truly the best bleu cheese olive I have ever had.

You will have a delicious luncheon for friends with wonderful service! The managers are always asking how they can be of help and the food is consistently good. One of the things I like the most are there mushrooms and the broccoli is tasty as they made very specifically and taste excellent.
Needless to say it’s a dessert of the fruit tart is one-​of-​a-​kind and large enough for more than two to share.

Haven’t been here since before Unilocal existed, so I figured it was time. Went for a post-​movie lunch and ordered the cheeseburger — a good measuring stick since it allows for an apples to apples comparison.
The space hasn’t changed since it opened, which is fine because it’s a timeless NY steakhouse setting with dark woods and white tablecloths. I believe the word is «classy.» Service was very attentive, but the place was not very busy on a Friday noon, so I wouldn’t expect poor service. Server checked on us several times, as did a manager (I’m guessing). So no complaints on service or ambiance.
But my reviews really come down to food, and on that score it was «more sizzle than steak.» The burger, as photographed, is beautiful, and I had to eat it with a knife and fork it was so big, but it was very plain (best local burger: ROK BRGR). Fries were good, but there was nothing to distinguish them (best local fries: BurgerFi). The peanut cole slaw was a nice change and somewhat unique. I had a bite of ice cream and it tasted like edy’s or some mid-​tier brand. To summarize: it was very average in every way.
If you were staying at Turnberry resort, and wanted to try dining elsewhere, I’d recommend you turn around and stay at turnberry, because it has the best food in Aventura (bourbon steak), and the prices there really aren’t that much higher. Well, maybe they are, but I guess you get what you pay for.
I’ll try GotA again, because I think they have free corkage events and a good happy hour, but on this visit it was middle of the road. I think I prefer Cheesecake Factory next door for variety and value.
