True Religion

Went in this store located inside Aventura Mall and had the worse experience of my life.
I personally have shopped there once or twice in my life, but my 13 y/​o shops there a lot.
She bought a pair of shorts last week, put it on, then realize there’s a small mark on the waistband so she ask me to take her to exchange it when I was free. At first she went in while I took my 10 y/​o and 5 y/​o for ice cream… She calls me and said they refuse to change it for her. I go in, ask for the manager, hoping she could do something, I ask her to exchange it for her please because she’s a regular customer… The manager put the shorts in the bag and shoved it in my face and said no way. I told her that was poor customer service… She got irate, jumped from behind the counter, charged in my face screaming «we not fvcking changing it, get out of my store now». The most disgusting thing I have ever seen, all in front of my 3 children and the store full of customers she verbally attack me… We went outside to be further harassed by Aventura Police… My kids went home crying and shaken…

Ohhhh mein Gott, wie konnte ich vergessen diesen Shop zu bewerten.
Wir haben hier fast …$ gebraucht, aber das gebotene ist um einiges günstiger wie in Europa/​Germany.
Es gab eine Jeans und ein T-​Shirt.
Unsere zuständige Servicekraft war sehr freundlich und top gelaunt.

Nice selection, very rude. Not sure if they thought I was just browsing and not buying. But I did not wind up buying anything when no one wanted to help. The manager had one of the biggest attitudes with me, when I all I had was a few questions. I wind up going home and ordering offline.
Normally at True Religion in the Boca Mall their service is great, and I’m not sure if it was just me or if these guys and gals here where just grumpy, that day. I will not be shopping there again.
