I just went to pre order my iphone 4S. The employees in the mobile phone area were very helpful and informative. This is my first time pre ordering a phone and they were more than accomodating in answering all the questions I had.

Who goes there for the «best price»? Apparently, someone who doesn’t know how to shop. The staff is better with selling add-ons than product knowledge… I think they hope their customer knows less than they do about the technology being sold.
Buyer go there after doing your homework about price and features.
The 3 stars is for selection of goods… that is hard to beat.
