Ok, NOW it gets 5-​stars. If you read my initial review, you will see I gave a 4-​star placeholder review until I knew if it worked. Holy cow, it WORKS. Bring on tank top season because these underarms are ready. Slightly less painful than a wax, PERMANENT, and very cost effective. I think people think it will be thousands of dollars — I know I did! Underarms are $ 350 which covers six sessions and will result in all hair removed. I did a quick review of prices for underarm waxing at a few popular spas downtown. $ 25 seems to be the norm for a underarm wax treatment, so you’d pay $ 150 for six sessions and it wouldn’t even be permanent. Thinking of it that way makes the laser WAY more economical.
Bonus — Deanna, the esthetician, is funny, calming, and personable. Exactly what you want/​need when you are laying there nearly starkers with a stranger pointing a laser beam at you.

After 15 treatments, and spending about $ 1900, there was NO CHANGE in my body.
I went in every other day for a month — an ENORMOUS investment in time, let alone the money, and I followed the protocol, took the supplement, etc.
My BMI is about 18 – 19, and I work out over 3 hours per day — mostly cardio.
What I wanted from Zerona was shaping, not weight loss — they tell you before you start that Zerona will get rid of that «stubborn fat» in areas that aren’t easily addressed by working out.
I was told by the staff that I was an «ideal» candidate for this treatment, but my body didn’t change AT ALL.
I’m writing this review hoping that I can spare others the waste of time and money.
One more note — my friend, a man in his 50s who is very lean and was looking for a way to get rid of a tiny bit of belly fat, also went in for a round of Zerona treatments. It didn’t work for him either.
