My boyfriend had to get his Movado watch fixed as a pin had fallen out. I called mid-​week and spoke with a very nice and informative woman who told us the watchmaker himself would be there on Saturday.
We may have shown up a bit early and missed him however, my guy came out of the store grinning from ear to ear. Not only do he have his watch fixed and was excited to wear it again (that’s a guy for ya), he wasn’t even charged.
He made the biggest deal about it for a solid 25 minutes. And said «I won’t forget that kind of thing. I would have paid and the guy said don’t worry about it.»
So in a matter of 10 minutes, they have managed to get and keep 2 customers for years in kindness and a willingness to help out. It just says «we are good people» and that is what I love.
So Kevin Edward, I hope you are reading this: we have a long history together ahead of us. Thank you for being decent people.

There are a lot of jewelry places that you can go to but none that will offer an experience that you will get at Kevin Edward Jewelers. Honest and fair is hard to come by these days but that is exactly what you will get here. If you are in the market for an engagement ring, custom jewelry or just a gift don’t bother wasting your time looking around just stop in here. Kevin has helped me with it all and is just a class act.

I’ve purchased and have had jewelry repaired here for several years always with great results. I recently brought in a stone from my deceased mother who had asked that I have it set for my daughter. Marc was very patient with me in my thoughts and budget and produced a beautiful keepsake for my daughter to be cherished for years to come. He was wonderful in helping me design a ring that my husband and I were very happy with and my daughter loves! I would highly recommend Marc and this store for custom design work and jewelry purchases.

Had a watch I had been meaning to get adjusted, found this place based on reviews and Best of Hartford ratings. Fast, professional service. Great looking display area and jewelry. Will be returning in the future.

When I checked this place out, Johnna and Marc stepped in with wonderful service! Marc was able to back Johnna’s styling recommendations with his gemology expertise. They were a breath of fresh air to this search!

I was looking to add diamonds to my solitaire diamond ring. I took a picture of a ring to several jewelers in West Hartford, but did not get the right vibes from them. My husband’s friend recommended Kevin Edward Jewelers. Kevin and Johnna worked with me to design the most gorgeous oval three stone diamond ring. The personal attention and welcoming atmosphere made it a pleasure to do business there.

This is a great local jewelry store with a large selection of both men’s and women’s jewelry. Kevin, the owner, is very personable, knowledgeable and very fair priced.

This place is fantastic. They really care about their customers! The owner is always there, he and the staff make you feel really comfortable like you’re family. Not pushy at all and understand not everyone can afford a $ 5,000 ring, they do their absolute best to get you what you’re looking for in your price range! Will deff be back for our wedding bands!
