Moe’s Southwest Grill

So we went on a Monday 6PM, for the 5 dollar burritos. 4 people working behind counter (All rude other than cashier). I told lady I wanted a burrito, so she immediately slams a heaping scoop full of rice into shell, Which I did not want! ¼ of a cup of taco meat, at the time was a blessing Ive been up with stomach problems all night! ¼ of a cup of cheese, 2 cups of lettuce. I told her no rice after she already slammed it into the shell. If looks could kill I wouldn’t be writing this! So I say OK I will eat the rice. This lady in her late 30‘s, I don’t know her name, no-​one wears name tags in the place!!! Anyway she is very rude and its never a miss with her we’ve been in 5 times. So I proceed to order a cup of cheese dip and we received our chips. The cheese was watered down big-​time! The chip were old, stale and saturated in grease! This used to be a favorite of ours but we no longer care for the rude employees or the lack of meat, extra extra rice and lettuce, watered down cheese dip! Did I mention the rude employees making the food! WHATS UP WITH THE MANAGER SITTING IN DINING ROOM ON LAPTOP DURING A DINNER RUSH? We will stick with taco Bell or burrito joint!

I just love this place! They are similar to Qudoba, it’s an assembly line of options to put on your choice of tacos, burrito, quesadilla, ext… The veggies always look fresh the meats they prepare in what looks like small batches in order to keep it fresh, and full of flavor. They have a killer queso! I always get a bowl so I have some for later! they give you a mountain of chips, so you actually have enough to finish your dip. At the end you can go to the salsa bar where you can try different flavors. Then you can move over to the soda machine and pick your flavor there too! Although it can take a while waiting for people to make their choice, that can be a little annoying (but that’s at all places that have those!)
It’s a little more pricey than your Qudobas but I definitely think it’s worth every penny!
