I really like giving new, local businesses my patronage — usually they will beat the price of their competitors, and being a new/​small business they want to grow so they’re going to do a really good job and have excellent customer service to keep their customers. So, when I heard that this new HVAC company was up and running (and my AC started acting like a jerk-​face) I gave them a call.
Super friendly staff! They gave me an appointment day/​time that was convenient for me, showed up right when they said they would, did my inspection, gave me an estimate and awesome price on a yearly contract (seriously — beat out every one else I’d talked to!), scheduled me for a follow up (again, when it fit into my schedule) and showed up right on time again. Service was quick and painless. I really cannot gush enough. I asked if they could do something and they explained to me that they COULD, but it would cost x-​dollars and it wouldn’t really have the effect I had imagined. WOW! Most any other company nowadays would have just said «sure», taken my money and let me figure it out for myself that it makes no difference.
Owning a home is a huge responsibility, and there are so many things (surprise!) that arise to fix, or change, or do, or buy. Knowing that this one thing is taken care of is a HUGE load off of my mind! As is knowing that my home HVAC is being taken care of my such truly nice and honest people. I felt totally relaxed with their guy in home, even though little ol’ me was home all by myself (and that kind of peace of mind is worth more than you know). I really cannot gush enough about this company.
If you’re looking for a new HVAC company… the winter is coming… give these guys a call. I can’t imagine that you’d disappointed. It might be impossible.
