Don’s Nails & Spa

Went in on Sunday for a gel manicure, it was HORRIBLE. First person started my nails and «finished» them. I asked why they looked as if they had 2 weeks of growth?! So the other 4 people working in the shop spent the next 30 – 40 minutes coming over and examining my nails as another person fixed them. The first person was blaming the product (well if the product sucks don’t use it!) but I didn’t have the same issues with the second manicurist.
Also lets not all stand around me speaking another language, when you’re speaking about me. That’s is so amazingly rude!
One last point, when trimming cuticles it’s unnecessary to make them bleed!!! Also by the time my 2 hours appointment was over (which is totally excessive) my fingers were so raw and red it was unbelievable. They took what should have been a nice relaxing experienced and totally destroyed it.
Ohh and this is a nail salon not a sports bar, maybe the super loud Cardinals game is misplaced. Also the gentlemen doing my nails may have done a better job if he hadn’t kept stopping to look over his shoulder to watch the game.
