Disappointing. Every time I go in to the outlet, they change their pricing policies. Twice they have increased their price per pound without changing the signs on the wall. No one knows until checkout. The latest is that they don’t combine the per pound pricing if you are buying housewares and clothing even though the sign states that the two are combined for pricing purposes. People shopped for a long time making careful purchases only to get to the register to find that none of it is as advertised. Many times, it is cheaper to not buy on the outlet side. They are planning to increase prices again. Doesn’t require an MBA to figure out that prices are too high and that’s why product isn’t moving in the first place. They are trying to act like a retail store on the outlet side. Also learned from the staff that they do not treat their staff well at all, even the disabled staff that they promote as who they help in connection with their mission. Needs a management change at the highest level. Witnessed repeated attempts to discuss issues with management and even wasted my time trying to talk to them. Skip this store. Go to the Goodwill Outlet in Delaware or Lancaster, and please donate your goods to the Habitat For Humanity ReStore in Kennett Square, PA instead. They give a 25% coupon for the store anytime you donate. They are professional, treat their staff professionally, and they help the local community we live in. This Goodwill Store seems to not care at all about treating its community, customers, or staff poorly..
