I did not have any problems with facility itself, yes they do have horrible wait times and a crowded small waiting room but my issue is with their billing department who can not seem to process payments but are quick to threaten collections on already paid bills. I am fighting with them over one from 2014 which they tell me they see all the documentation proving I paid but can’t seem to clear it off my statement. I am also in a dispute over a 2015 bill which I again paid and sent proof(which cost me another $ 3.00) and can’t get them to clear it either. I wish there was a way to charge them with some type of civil fines for this type of harrasement

HORRIBLEPLACE, giving them one star becuase I am NOT able to give them NONE!!! I am so glad SimonMed cancel my appointment completely, if this happens with just scheduling a new patient I can imagine how they treat patients. When Vanessa called me to cancel my appointment she said they no longer had a Radiologist and the only location that did HSG’s was Scottsdale but it was going to take me 2 months to get it since the machine was broken. Vanessa did not apologize and didn’t even seem to care; what can I expect Simon Med has horrible reviews not only from patients but from their own staff as well. I spoke with my husband since he is a Practice Administrator for a big Health Care Clinic and he will no longer refer any of their patients to Simon Med and he will be speaking with SimonMed’s sales representative. this place is horrible! I had an appointment on a saturday I was the only one in the place, when they took me back to get an mri they had me change and I could here the tech talking to the receptionist, the tech barely spoke English was hard to understand and I could hear him tell the receptionist he didn’t know how to do the procedure and would have to call his supervisor! I don’t want a tech that has to call someone else for help to work on my procedure. I had to have an iv started and I did not want to have this place touch me. the receptionist comes and tells me I have to reschedule because they don’t have a doctor there to administer the iv ! I was livid this was the 3rd time I had to reschedule! the other 2 times was at the location on McDowell and Dysart! this business has some really scheduling problems, they have no clue what they are doing! I placed a complaint with management! I took my business somewhere else!!!

I had an appointment, they suggested I arrive 15 min early to fill out paperwork. I arrived there 20 minutes early. They were an hour and a half late getting me back for my appointment. When I checked in with the front office girl she seemed very confused and unable to locate my appointment and had to ask someone else about it. After sitting for an hour I re approached the same receptionist who again, could not find my appointment and acted as if she had never seen me before.(Which made me wonder if I had even been processed as checked in) I watched the huge waiting room fill and empty twice before I was called back for my turn. Waiting for an appointment for an hour an a half is not acceptable… in any circumstance. I had an appointment which was scheduled in advance. Please respect my time. Im not sure why the medical field gets away with this crap. It’s not an e.r. you people do this everyday and should know how to mange your time and your staff. The only redeeming quality was the back office staff. I saw two different techs, both were very professional and efficient and did a great job. I also liked that they did not make u wait for results and told you on site. As far as time management… get your act together!
