This place is terrific. First, Dave sat with me for almost an hour finding the refrigerator I wanted in a size that would fit in my kitchen. The refrigerator had to be ordered but was delivered a week before the estimated date! Secondly, the delivery staff was outstanding. They were on time, efficient, and thorough, making sure everything was working properly. I highly recommend this business and plan to make all my future appliance purchases here.

Nothing says Small Business Saturday like a new washer and dryer! Our 15 year old Whirlpool washing machine died so we decided to patronize Azusa Sales where my parents shopped for years. Autry helped us on arrival. He knows his stuff and we were sold on a great Speed Queen washer and dryer. They come and hook up as well as haul away the old. It’s a great buying experience and we love supporting local proprietors. Skip Lowes and Home Depot and come here.

I recently checked out Azusa Sales for a new refrigerator. After looking at places like Best Buy and Home Depot, what I really wanted was some good old-​fashioned customer service. That’s what I found at Azusa sales… after talking to Autry about what my refrigeration needs were, he steered me in just the right direction. I have a great new refrigerator… and, the price was lower than either Best Buy or Home Depot. I can’t wait for my next appliance to break, and for the great deal and great service I know I’ll get at Azusa Sales!

We purchased several appliances as part of a major home remodel. We ended up purchasing a range and range hood, along with a washer and dryer from Azusa Sales (other purchases elsewhere due to availability).
Dave was terrific, and helped my wife in not only choosing the appliances we purchased at Azusa, but also gave her ideas that she incorporated in other purchases.
They were extremely generous with us, in that our washer/​dryer that we purchased did not fit well in our laundry room (too big — but OUR error), and Dave allowed us to return/​exchange the units, and even gave us a refund for the difference in price… I feel badly that we didn’t make more of our purchases with Azusa Sales — but I know where we are going for any future appliance purchases…

Totally helpful, and not only matched but beat big box retailer price. And provided fabulous customer service. There’s a reason these guys have been in business so long and haven’t been ousted by the likes of the Walmarts and Home Depots of the world. Be a good old-​fashioned American and support your local economy. In the case of Azusa Sales, you’ll save money and get much, much better customer service. It’s a no-​brainer.

The first time I did business with Azusa Sales was 15 years ago. They were great then and now when I needed to replace my washer, I went back to them. They are still great. Same owner David, same salesman Autry. They sure know their stuff. No pressure, no hassles and they go out of their way to accommodate you. The prices are truly competitive and the personal service is an added bonus. This is the kind of store America was premised upon. The kind of store where a customer is still a person and not just a sale.

This was a great shopping experience for me. An informative, no-​pressure salesman helped me find exactly what I wanted in a washer and dryer. Very straightforward, easy sales transaction. I would absolutely go here again. I parked right in front of the store and I was in and out of the store very quickly. Delivery of my appliances was very simple to deal with as well. The polite delivery person was on time and he installed and tested my appliances for me. If you don’t want to deal with a lot of hassle and upsell, I recommend you go to this place.
