Carls Jr/Green Burrito

Beware: I used my card to buy food and the guy didn’t give me a receipt. I figured he would put it in the bag but he didn’t. When I got home I realized he overcharged me $ 7.

The food was well put together. The person cooking took their time and made a good burger. It didn’t get all over the place and was easy to eat in my car. No mess. The drive through cashier wasn’t really friendly but that’s not why I came here. I came here for food and was happy with it.

Very lazy staff, looked like there dying of boredom. No motivation. Were rude enough to make me wait in line to pay after they prepared by good. 10 minutes!!! And there was no customers, now I know why. Worst experience ive5 had, even the manager was lazy, she sees her staff being lazy and is careless. Last time I come here. Oh and the good was cold because they couldn’t get the fries ready. They made me wait longer…

Slowest Carls Jr. on the planet with the unfriendliest staff I’ve ever seen. I’m sure it’s reflective of the management. You can just tell they don’t give a F*^%K. Literally waited in drive thru 15 minutes this morning and only two cars in front of me. I see the cashier hand the guy in front of me a cup of coffee, talks to him for literally five minutes then hands him his debit card and he’s gone, really, five minutes for a cup of coffee. I work around the corner but couldn’t wait for my food or I would have been late to work. You would think 15 minutes would be enough time to get a sausage biscuit. when you work a block away.

My boyfriend goes to APU and we were hungry and looking for something inexpensive to eat as we were driving so we pulled into one of the closest shopping centers and went to Carl’s to eat. Now I don’t want to sound too picky because I know fast food is fast food, but I’ve been to other Carl’s and while the food may not be the best the food at this location was just gross. I got chicken stars and I have ordered this at other Carl’s before, but this experience just wasn’t good. The batter on the outside looked soft in the middle and the fries tasted gross, like they were uncooked or something. My boyfriend got a burger and the bacon on it looked fake. I went to the women’s bathroom to wash my hands and it smelled gross in there and was not clean. My boyfriend said the same about the men’s bathroom. Overall, the atmosphere was depressing and the food not good. We will not be returning.

Located in a plaza with Costco and Taco Bell, this location is my usual spot for a pair of cheap, yet satisfying, Famous Star burgers. This location is always fast and the service is always friendly. The quality of the food always on point too.

No complaints here! The workers were nice and friendly. But what really stood out for me, was the interior of the place. They made it out to look like a classic diner with high tops and a few booths and tables. Food was like any other fast food place. It’s no In N Out, but it’s pretty clean compared to other sit down fast food places.

The worst experience at a CJ’s that I have ever had. Went through the drive-​through at 12:10 PM this afternoon there were three cars in front of me one car ordered nothing and it took over 20 minutes to get through the drive-​through. When I asked what was wrong they said there were too many people inside the restaurant. When I drove by there was no one in the restaurant. Do not go to this Carls juniors the customer service is horrible they didn’t even offer an apology

The food is typical Carls Jr. The service is more on par with «Whatdawant? Gimme yer money, here’syerfood» sort of thing. I don’t expect 5 star service from a fast food place but would expect the counter people to be a bit more welcoming. Tip to the owner/​manager: Train your staff to give friendly, courteous service and you will make more $$$, as people will return more often. While I have been here many times, it is usually because I have gotten my gas at Costco, and I am running late.

My coffee was hot and fresh. My meal was properly prepared. Senior coffee discount was exceptional. 39 cents for coffee. I arrived at 11:20AM on a Friday and the place was pretty empty. Since this location is close to my annual trek to the area, I plan to return next year.

I come at night and order the green burrito side more than the carls jr side. It’s a hit or miss.

Why oh why did I eat here? Because the line at the Costco food court was too long and I needed something quick before heading back to work. Decided to try the santa fe turkey burger combo with fries and a drink. The turkey patty was tough, dry, and overall pretty bland. Fries were horrible! Undercooked and unsalted. Blech!

Went back with a friend, got better service and hotter food

The only reason I come here is because the food court at costco is crazy busy. I’ve been to this location a couple of times. But only went thru the drive thru. The drive thru is a little tight, so dont scratch up your wheels.
Service has been ok. They’ve gotten my orders right, the food is ok (Carls, I’ve never ordered anything from the Green Burrito menu).
