I have been suffering from Vertigo for years. I have been to specialist and had endless test done with no relief. Finally my family doctor recommended I try therapy at Casa Colina. BEST decision I ever made. Rachel literally cured me in 3 visits. I can’t believe how amazing she was. She truly changed my life. I was unable to exercise, hike, run, all the things I enjoyed. Now I am back to my old self I haven’t felt this good in years!!! I have recommended Rachel to everyone I know who suffers from vertigo. Thanks so much Rachel for helping me!!!

This review is for the office staff only. I called to schedule pt for myself and the young man on the phone seemed distracted and I had to keep repeating my insurance information. As the day got closer to my appointment, I checked my insurance’s website and could not find them as a provider. So I canceled my appointment(I explained why) and found another place. On the day of my appointment, I received a call from a woman who asked in a rude way, «Why did you cancel your appointment?» Why should I have to explain that to someone again? «Well, we are a provider,» she said in a not nice tone. Such a different experience from Fortanasce(I love them) in Arcadia. There they have a professional office staff. At Fortanasce they called me the very next day after I made my appointment to tell me what my deductible was, my co-pay, and how many visits I was allowed. Casa Colina, instead of being snippy with potential clients, how about verifying our insurance and calling to assure us of our benefits?

Friendly and funny staff. I broke my ankle and had to go to PT three days a week for a month. Paul and his staff helped me get stronger and get some of my balance back. I wish I could have stayed longer but unfortunately it was the end of the year and I would have to start again with a new deductible and out of pocket costs… thanks Obama care. They clean the tables and change pillow cases constantly. I’m kinda of a clean nut so I liked that they use hospital grade wipes that kills literally all the germs instantly. Not mediocre lysol wipes. They have lots of equipment for you to work on depending on your injury. You also meet and chat with other patients while working out. They have TVs on but it’s usually on the sports channels. People are usually focused on their exercises and rarely focus on the tv. I only watched when I was getting iced. Overall I had a great experience here.
