All you really need to know is that these guys sell a version of the Bacon-​wrapped Downtown LA Hot Dog. Just to know that obtaining one of these legendary street vending creations is a mere heartbeat away from work brings comfort to my soul.
Keep in mind that an order here for the hot dogs is not quite as large in size as the epic OG stuff that you used to be able to find in downtown LA back in the day. To fix this, I just order two servings. Get yourself a bottle of Mexican Coca-​Cola to round out your meal.
As I’m not really a staunch Carne Asada proponent (the tacos here are «aight» as taco trucks go), what I did discover is that having Carne Asada on top of your Bacon-​wrapped Downtown LA Hot Dog totally works! At the time, I asked the attendant Gilbert if he could do it, and BLAM, he made it so! Definitely give this little twist a shot. You may be pleasantly surprised.
