I never met Charlotte Glaze. However Sean Glaze saved my husband and I in a complex situation on a house that we rented. Renters skipped out on months without paying and was hardly on time. I hired Squire Reality to manage and care for my Azusa property, They told me they would would make sure the renters
Paid on time and took care of my property. I was Very disappointed to find out they Never checked up on my property
The result was, t h e renters Kicked holes in the walls broke 5 window screens so they could get inside broke a bed room door, not Once did they clean the house. .All this could have been prevented is Squire Reality have made stops to check
Up on the house like they told me they would. I have the house in Great Condition for the renters to move in, took me awhile to fix the house back up… I had no choice but to find another property management firm. So far they have made to trips to check up on the house and taking pictures, SOMETHING CHARLOTTE GLAZE NEVER DID.

Sean Glaze was an ideal real estate agent for my wife and I when we were looking for our new home. You can text, E-​mail or call him and he is very responsive. I feel like I had a lot of questions during my search for a house and he was very patient in explaining everything to me until I was satisfied. He was never pushy about any house we saw, but he would always make sure to point out the good and the bad in each.
Sean sees the deal all the way through, as a condition of our sale was to allow the current tenants and extension on their lease. Since we would be out of town, he and Squire Reality helped with the final walk through and deposit refund which helped the transition feel smooth and professional.
As an added bonus, Sean also helped us out with our old property, running rental comps and giving advice on how we could get the most out of our old place as a rental.
This guy does everything right and then does a little more.

My husband and I recently bought our first home in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. We did not know any real estate agents in the area so we relied on Unilocal and other websites to find a good agent! After reading many positive reviews on Sean we contacted him for a meeting. We felt very comfortable working with Sean after the first meeting. He knows the area very well and was able to provide information on the different neighborhoods and areas. We found a house very quickly! We hope to live in our new home for a very long time but we will certainly be calling Sean down the road when it is time for a new one!

Once that was done, he helped us fix up our current condo and get that rented out.
