I come to this Starbucks very often. I can honestly say that this will be that last time I come to this location. I came here late, a few weeks ago. The staff working that night were just rude all together, Especially the barista that took my order. She was the rudest worker I have ever came across.Anywhere. She’s lucky she wasn’t wearing a name tag because I wanted to call and complain about her. She had an attitude and did not know how to talk to a costumer At All! And then once my order was ready, instead of handing me the straw or putting on top of my drink like they always do. he dropped it on my hand as a reached for. Didn’t appreciate that at all. This Starbucks lost a costumer

Tbh, this is the BEST Starbucks in Azusa. The staff is chill and helpful! And they actually make my drinks correctly!

Unfortunately this is the closest Starbucks to my work, so this is where I end up going. All of the employees are really friendly and nice, but expect to be there for a while. The place is packed with students from the schools close by, especially in the morning, lunch, and after work… so basically almost always. There are usually people there by 6:15am studying already and they run out of things early on in the day. I used to order a spinach fold over everyday and 75% of the time, they didn’t have it. I think they should keep track of how many times a person orders something and it’s not in stock, or how many people have to change their orders. They need better forecasting.

Unlike some others, I’m quick enough to grasp the concept that timing is everything. I don’t arrive during class breaks. Moreover, if I know My coffee would be slow in coming. Patience is a virtual. So I’ll wait for a better time to pick up some go-go juice. As a Disabled Veteran. I am always treated with the upmost respect. For which I am deeply grateful. I never receive peripheral treatment. But at the same time, no one is ever rude or discourteous. The customer service is outstanding. So no complaining if You go after classes let out. Besides You’ll have the whole place to Yourself during summer break.

This is my go to Starbucks. It’s roomy and has great customer service. Its nice when can go to your local coffee shop and have your barista know your name and your drink. My drink in the summer is a venti ice Americano with hazelnut, extra ice and a splash of half & half. What’s yours? They offer free internet and many of their tables come with wireless chargers, this makes it an ideal location to write my next Unilocal review or clash it up on Clash of Clans. Cheers!

Long lines and lots of flirting with customers makes today’s Starbucks experience less than desirable. The barista at the register didn’t seem to care about the long wait. Troubling.

Weekday afternoon, not as crowded as some others I’ve been to :) only time I’ve been here and they made a pretty good first impression. The condiment bar wasn’t clean but wasn’t horrible. I know they’re supposed to clean that every 10 min – looks like a partner missed the last 10 min mark. There wasn’t a line and the partner at the register is professionally friendly. Saw a few others interact w/customers – they were all helpful and nice.

8:30 and no coffee? A coffee house with no coffee? What great customer service! What’s next no ice?

My review is mainly for the service. I hardly ever come to this Starbucks, but decided I wanted something after my Saturday class. I ordered a passion iced tea lemonade, sweetened. I hardly had to wait until it was ready. I was taking a sip as I was walking to the door and it tasted… minty. I immediately turned around and told the girl at the register. She was confused, took my drink, turned to the girl who made it, and asked why it should taste minty. It took a total of 30 seconds for her to figure out that she used the wrong syrup. She felt so bad and offered me a free pastry. I declined but they gave me a larger size instead. It was a free reward drink anyway, and it was an honest mistake. I appreciated that they were apologetic and willing to make up for it.

This happens to be my office and second home, so to speak. Where I can get my favorite dark roast each morning as well as tea and or sandwiches for breakfast or lunch here. The staff is always top-notch and the know me by name, despite it being a University town. I have been coming here since late last year, a transplant from Northern California and this place is a lifesaver for me with the free Wi-Fi access being used for work opportunities. The only drawback I have found is the hypocrisy of management allowing some people with sugns asking for donations why disallowing my own to raise funds for a pet project of mine. Despite this hypocrisy, I come here to try to do the best I can since my place does not have Internet access.

Service was all bad. First the barista came out of nowhere an began to have full blown conversation with his friends talking about some art contest making everyone else wait. Then it took them over ten minutes to make a simple carmel frap. They were to busy talking. There manager nowhere to be found. Worst starbucks i been to.

Okay, I’ll let you in on a little secret about myself. I am a Starbucks snob. This place is PACKED! Obviously due its location and Citrus College just a block away, it’s infested with students. I can never find a place to sit especially on Wednesdays for some old reason. I’ve seen where people would be sitting on the floor drinking their coffee. Aside from that mess, the service service you asked? on nonexistent. the drinks? below average mainly because I’ve seen them take shortcuts making drinks and their shots are old. If you Unilocalers want some fresh coffee and a place to sit, hit the road to Klatch Coffee only a few miles down. Their coffee is stronger and has a better atmosphere.

I love this Starbucks location! :D I always get great service when I’m there and they always get my order right. The employees are always smiling and provide great customer service. I always see the employees cleaning and sweeping when I’m there so I know it’s a clean place. Definitely my go to Starbucks in Azusa. :)

Typical Starbucks that’s filled with College/University students. Came here in an afternoon for the first time and woah. There was a long time, the end of the line was almost to the door. While waiting I looked around and saw almost each table was filled with students with either a book or a laptop. Line was pretty line and place was pretty packed to the point where I almost walked out but at the same time had no where to go within the next hour so I had time to kill. I’m a Starbucks rewards user and used my free drink that I’ve earned being a gold member. There was only three ppl working with one of them being the cashier and not going to complain. They all did good work and were really nice about it too compared o other Starbucks that I go to they don’t express gratitude or appreciation towards their customers. Especially how I ordered a customized caramel frap which was a «twix frap» Needless to say this place this Starbucks is good ad would come back if I had a lot of time to kill since chances are this place might be filled with students. Btw, while I was waiting I saw the men’s restroom being occupied and all of a sudden a couple minutes later, a white college student walked out of it being all pissed off. Not going to ask.

The line is out the door. There’s 1 cashier, 1 barista and 2 people toasting pastries(one is standing watching the other toast 1 bagel). Lets just say I heard more of their side conversations with each other than the them making coffee…

Service was quick but the baristas were not friendly at all. The barista who took my order, for example, did not make eye contact with me once. I’m accustomed to a friendly smile and bubbly service at Starbucks. She then tossed my chocolate croissant on the counter… I’m taken back by the lack of hospitality and most likely will not come back to the location. Also, they were out of soy. Bummer.

I have been to quite a few Starbucks and I suppose the advantage for this one is that it is across the street from my apartment. I haven’t had any bad orders or mistakes and the workers are very friendly. Pros: proximity to APU campus and Citrus college, a plus for students, baristas are friendly and efficient. Cons: because it is close to APU, it is almost always crowded, especially evening and afternoon. Tables are usually filled with studying students. If you’re looking for comfort and a more relaxed Starbucks, the one on grand and foothill is a better bet for that. Overall, this one isn’t too bad.

Since most Starbucks establishments offer the same menu, with tight quality controls such that you will always pretty much get the same drink… I always tend to evaluate a Starbucks based on other factors. This location is very close to Azuza Pacific University, which means that there is a constant flow of college kids going in and out at all times. Because it is also in the lovely town of Azusa, and wider and more diverse population of people will also visit. Complementing all of that is the concept that the Starbucks is located in a huge shopping plaza. What that basically means is that all bets are off for trying to anticipate who might be joining you at this location. Sometimes, it’s a quiet group of adorable college kids… Other times, it looks like you’re in the middle of a street war. Regardless, I learned early not to judge books by their covers, and besides, I’m here for coffee, not commentary. There is a small outdoor patio that is right next to the street, so it’s not exactly a nice quiet place to read. The juxtaposition to a college means that indoor seating is always at a premium. Parking is available in the giant shopping area a lot. Overall, I sort of believe there are two kinds of Starbucks: the kind that you drive to to hang out, and the time that you happen to drive by and think, «I could use a cup of coffee.» When I’m driving slow enough to make the turn, this place is definitely the latter.

I wanna separate the check and Josh says that he can do that for us only this time — when there’s no line — with an unpleasant face. For God’ Sake, I usually do that at Starbucks and noone says that to me. Too bad service.
