went in with high expectations and I have never been so let down. My hair was beautiful, long, and healthy and I left with ugly, dead, short, and uneven hair. It’s been two months since I dyed my hair here and my hair is still uneven. Vanessa was very friendly and blended nicely but sadly was unprofessional because she left to the back while my hair bleached and it over bleached. She didn’t even notice until I had to tell her my back was burning which by then it was too late. She has ignored my texts about getting a treatment which show how unprofessional she is. I would never want anybody to go through what I went through.
