Great communication and product! I was building a track bike from the ground up for my first time entirely by myself. Really wasnt sure what wheel set to go with, spoke count, etc. through email wheel builders was great with suggestions and I appreciated all the options. They even saved me money when they noticed I had ordered the same thing twice. Wheels arrived very well packaged, perfectly true, in great condition. Several months later after every day riding and they are still in great shape with no issues. Very grateful for all the help!
