When I returned my truck, the only employee at this location was not there and kept me waiting 35 minutes while she went to the bank. I would have been more understanding if she had said as she was walking up «sorry to keep you waiting» or «hope you weren’t waiting too long,» but I received no apology or acknowledgement whatsoever for inconveniencing me. I know runs to the bank or PO can’t be avoided, but staff who are rude and unappreciative to their customers is certainly avoidable. Too bad they’re the only option for U-​Haul on Bainbridge

No. This facility, while clean, is staffed by the rudest people. If I weren’t moved in I would take my business elsewhere simply to avoid the staff, who are difficult and strange. They make entering and exiting stressful with paranoid and accusatory questions and create problems regarding parking, access, and even feel it’s necessary to put up a sign warning customers not to sit on the flowerbox. If you value customer service and dread endless and petty conflict, avoid this place.

I have rented a storage unit for many years from Bainbridge Self Storage. I love the women in the office, they are friendly and always there to help! I highly recommend Bainbridge Self Storage for all your moving and storage needs!
