They have the best customer service of any company that I have ever worked with. I purchased a television from them in 2007 and had it shipped across the country. Here it is 2014 and they are still helping me with that television. They were not able to help me repair the item, but they spent a good amount of time on the phone with me digging into the actual problem and how to fix it.
