It is unfortunate, but this was a really terrible dining experience. Though I was able to force down the ribs I ordered, there were others who could not do the same. I watched as another customer ordered something to go, left with his food, came back a few minutes later stating the food was disgusting and demanded a refund. Naturally, there was a bit of shouting, no refund and then the unhappy customer left. I considered jumping on the angry guys band wagon but I’d practically dragged my brother into this joint when I saw the BBQ signage and I wasn’t about to give him the satisfaction. My only regret is that I didn’t(politely and privately) let the lady behind the counter know how bad the food truly was. She didn’t look like she could handle another confrontation. One positive thing is that they had a nice selection of small brew bottled sodas. However, I will never be back to try them.

This place is a NOT-SOBADBBQ place. Its def. a great place to stop by on the way to Vegas and is definitely a great alternative from the other usual places. I ordered the Baby Back Rib Order, it was about $ 8 and it included a side of fries(very crispy and tasty!). The ribs on the other hand… it was guud… I guess not bad for the money paid, BUT I havent tasted better. Oh and it was half a rack. Their motto was also quite interesting… it was something about GREASE. The drinks that they had available were only from the refrigerator… there was no soda dispenser. The food overall was just OK… I guess BAKER could use a BBQ place around there. UNTILTHEN! ^-^
