I just recently got my brows waxed there and the team they have right now is amazing! I’ve been able to be waxed by all three and they are nothing but amazing! Will continue to go back :)

Had an amazing waxer, then she left. Then I went to Holly and she’s gone too. Now I’m scared to let someone else at benefit wax my brows I went once and the girl kinda messed them up. Probably won’t be back but when I did go the two women I had previously were amazing.

I used to love going here to get my brows done by the Holly. She was the best! I was so upset to hear that they had lost Holly to Parlor Wax. I tried other arch experts at the brow bar and always came out with mismatched brows.

I gave 5 stars because the most amazing Arch Expert I’ve ever met worked there and I’ve been going there for 2 years and will only see Holly!!! Holly is freaking amazing but Ulta made the dumb decision to let her go and didn’t give her enough time to inform her clients so they could keep them from her!!! SO IF YOU WANT THE MOST AMAZING EYEBROWS YOU HAVE EVER HAD GO TO PARLOR WAX ON 19th and ask for Holly. Your eyebrows will thank you.

I was very lucky to get my facial done right at the beginning of Breanna’s shift. Got the 20 min facial for blackheads and it was amazing! I’ve never actually done facials, so this was quite the experience. Breanna, a senior skin specialist, quickly assessed my problems.
The facial itself was relaxing, with oils and hot towels. She had magician hands that massaged my face with the lotion/​oils and also massaged my head. Breanna also recommended some products to help me with my face.
At the end, she gave me a few referral cards and a $ 20 off for my next facial. Highly recommended, and will come again!

Holly is amazing!!! Such a sweet girl and is AMAZING at brows. She’s probably the only reason I go to Ulta she is always there and always helps me when I need it. I don’t have to get them done all the time because the shape lasts for so long and she always conceals me after so it doesn’t look like I was slapped in the face. (:

I love seeing Holly at the brow bar, she is such a fun person to talk to and offers beauty advice while providing a great wax! I really enjoy the service, this is the only place I have ever been that hasn’t left me red or irritated after a brow wax! I will be back time and time again, but surprisingly I have found that I need not return as often as usual because my brows stay well shaped for a long time!

I like the brow bar. The only problem I have with it is the cost… It’s $ 21 for an eyebrow wax when most places are $ 10 or $ 15. The girl that did my brows was nice. At first, I was really unsure of her because she seemed really casual to the point that it made me nervous… but she was great! She was easy to talk to and she did a decent job. Not my absolute best wax ever, but definitely good. I would go back.

Being a beauty industry professional, I can recommend Holly at the Benefit Brow Bar with ease. I can honestly admit– she gave me the best brows I’ve ever had done! And she’s lovely to boot!
