My husband and 6 y.o. son went in as a «walk-​in» and so was every other client. as they were told it was walk in basis only. He was told their were «x amount» of people ahead of them. When it came to his turn, guys that came in after them were then next up… it happened with multiple people (probably friends of the barbers). And on top of that, the barber he was waiting for left without saying a word. It was just a complete mess that day. No first come, first serve here! He left after waiting 2 hours. and with no cut! And of course, they won’t be returning, and I don’t think Cool Cuts really care either.

Are you on 23th street now? If this is your place you do an awesome job on my husbands hair. Nice convenient place. Colorful outside with the red and white, it really is Cool Cuts.
