Domino’s Pizza

I know a few years ago domino’s as a company said they were slipping and would improve. I must say they went from almost inedible to highly mediocre the sauce could definitely have more flavor but the pizza was delivered fast and hot. Plenty of cheese and toppings at a fair price. I will order again for sure! The delivery person was friendly and courteous.

Not happy, my kids have food poisoning. I usually get pizza from here all the time but now that my kids are sick never again.

Worst Domino’s ever! We have tried this place a few times and last night was the final time. They are fudging their delivery system to get better ratings with corporate. We ordered at 8 and by 8:30 we got a message saying «your order is delivered mmmm…» we gave it until 9 thinking they were trying to make numbers. When we called the girl on the phone was really rude and annoyed we were calling. She also tried to tell us we were wrong about the message we got. Needless to say we canceled our order for fear of a old pizza and chicken showing up. I would like to say this is they first time this has happened but I can’t. Every visit to this location has been a total train wreck.

We order for both takeout and delivery very frequently from this Dominos location. My family wants pizza every two weeks or so, and this location is a main pizza go-​to.
The food is of average quality for the cost, but I have been totally impressed by the customer service. There have been a couple instances where my order was messed up, and the employees have always been more than willing to correct mistakes. The level of service I’ve received is nearly enough on its own to keep me as a customer.

I will never come ever again.
Ordered online. They didn’t get my order. Didn’t care. Employees were straight up rude about it.
Go back out to my car to escape the rude looks. Order the pizza again via the mobile phone app. Go back inside to escape the heat of this desert… To only get more dirty looks. On top of that I’m watching them make the pizzas… Flies are swarming all around the sauces, and toppings as they make the pizzas.
Disgusted. Nasty. Won’t be coming back.

the pizza here is FANTASTIC! the only reason i give it a 3 stars is because when we get out pizza 3 out of 5 times all our toppings have slid to one side :(

Truly awful experience, but take note I am reviewing the place and not the food. Why? I live at 3901 Q St, apartments. I make an order. About ten minutes later I get a call, telling me they WON’T deliver to me. Not they don’t deliver to this area, no no, just MY apartment complex. Some lame excuse that it isn’t personal but I personally won’t be served, corporate cover your a$$ double talk. SO glad I chose to pay cash on delivery instead of by credit, most likely they would have charged me for NO PRODUCT and it would have become some circus act trying to get my money back. I wouldn’t be so upset if it wasn’t that there are a handful of other, BETTER, pizza places in Bakersfield. Tonight I just wanted a sandwich and my girlfriend wanted pizza so I figured we could both get what we wanted from Dominos, nope. Guess I’ll just have to go out to either Hungry Howies, Santa Barbara Pizza, Slice of Italy, Leonardi’s (winco) or Papa Murphy’s. All of which are BETTER than Domino’s pizza anyway, and two of which I know deliver (Howie’s and Santa). This was a pathetic experience. Home or out with friends, as long as I’m picking up the check for dinner, I will NEVER do business with Domino’s again. I’ll drive twice as far to pick up better pizza from a place that doesn’t deliver that bother with a place I can’t depend on if they deliver to me or not depending on my specific address instead of my general location.

Finally a Dominos that knows how to make my order to perfection! Like how hard can it be to follow costumes orders and place it in the oven???

They would not deliver because I wasn’t there to show ID with my credit card. Fine. But then I was charged for the pizza anyway. I contacted the store FOUR TIMES to try to get it resolved. The first time, I was told it would be taken care of. Four days later, I was told to fax my credit card statement, which I did. Three days, later, I was told the manager would call me back in a few minutes (which never happened). The fourth time, I went through Domino’s corporate, which forwarded my concern to the store owner and said I would hear from him or her within three days, which I did not. I am done playing their games, so I have disputed the charge through the credit card company, but I would not advise ordering from this particular store. Domino’s as a whole is a great company, but this particular store’s ownership and management seem to have their heads too far up their you-​know-​whats to care about keeping customers.

Only place we order from. Pretty sad when we found it that it had to close. Love love the white sauce with spinach, mushrooms, tomatoes, and yellow peppers on them! Quick to deliver and have never had an issue not finding our house. Never forgotten anything and their parmesan bites are super yummy!

We’ve ordered from here twice since they’ve reopened and the customer service is fantastic. And the food was great. We will definitely continue to order from here.

We ordered the Pacific Veggie pizza on a hand-​tossed crust. It was DELICIOUS! Feta cheese, roasted red peppers, onions, parmesan, provolone, spinach, mushrooms, and tomatoes — so fresh and delicious, you don’t even miss the meat! and our delivery driver, Linda, was SO NICE! Definitely doing this again sometime.
