I am the owner of a copier company in Kern County since 1977. Over the past 5 years we have had serious server issues and I invited in several other companies in to our organization to repair them and it continuously failed. I invited Joe and his team of experts into our facility to diagnose our current failure in our server room; they ran several tests to recover our data, then they backed everything up
Then brought our company in a loaner server and had all areas up and running within hours. This company has so many levels of expertise from monitoring your backups to cloud based services along with a response time that is just unparalleled.
This is a first class operation that can handle all aspects from Large Network Servers to small desktops Thank you Grapevine MSP, you guys are all the best.

Our Insurance Agency has a Brother printer that has been problematic for years! The team at Grapevine remotely accessed our computers, performed the necessary updates, and fixed the problem quickly so that we were able to get back to work.

Had this company come out to my new house when we moved in. They sent a tech named Nick, who handled his business! Set up my super fast wifi and ran either net lines to hook up my TiVo. No issues at all! Btw, if the owner reads reads this, Nick deserves a raise!
So if any of you not so techy people out there need some tech stuff handled, Grapevine is the place for you. They are professional and pleasant to work with. Keep up the good work!

This is hands down the best tech company in Bakersfield. Everyone who works there is beyond professional. I had my iMac worked on recently and it was ready within a day. No problems since. I’ve met the owner a few times and he’s an awesome person who will ensure the work is done right, his employees are professional and he will save you money. Any job large or small, computers and servers to business telephones, this place has you covered.
Bottom line, not only will I recommend this place to others, but I won’t trust my computers with anyone else.

These guys are the best around, I bought a new laptop for work, and accidentally typed in my admin password, then locked my self out ot my computer that I needed for work, these guys recovered my password within a minute (litteraly), you guys are awesome!
