Italienne-Salon At the Oaks

The only stylist I go to is Norma. She is amazing with my hair. I get blond highlights and a Carmel brown color. The color always comes out petfect! Ive been having her do my hair since 2008 because I needed a bad box color corrected that destroyed my hair. She also cuts it in a long angled bob. I think you get best results if you bring a picture, explaine your expectations and are realistic. Ive never had a bad experience with her. I dont give it 5 stars because I don’t get any other services done here. I did let a guy that work there trim my hair because Norma was out of town and I hated it. Wouldn’t go to anyone but her. I pay about $ 85. For cut, bleach highlights, and style.

This is a great full service salon with a nice atmosphere in a nice shopping mall, professional staff and quality work!

I’ve been a customer here for over 15 years now, with the same stylist (Aida Martinez) she is amazing. She is a color expert, I know with my hair changes and styles. She is always up for new styles and crazy colors. The only issue I have, she is always busy 3 week for an opening. I book in advance now.
Comment on the other review: I known Pam R. for years, she would be the 2^nd stylist I would go to when Aida is off or on vacation. Pam does a terrific job, I just believe Megan just don’t know what a great hair cut is, when she been going to a Super Cut chop shop for so long.

I never leave reviews… Ever… But Rebecca rocks, she takes her time and makes sure you love the cut/​color. Would recommend this Salon to anyone, and though I have never been to Bobby, I know that he is very friendly too!

I have been going to Italienne Salon at the Oaks over seven years and have never had a bad experience there. I was a walk-​in cliente the first time I went there. All of the people that work there are very friendly and professional. I get my hair cut there, manicures and pedicurees. I know Pam and she cuts my husband’s hair and he is very pleased with her. I have watched all of the people there and have never heard of an unhappy customer. I have recommended the salon to several people and they have also been pleased with what ever service they were there for. So in my opinion I would recommended them all with high regards.

If you want to walk in for the world’s most over-​priced, uneven, and ugly hair cut-​go see Pam Rivera at Italienne Salon.
After stopping at two Supercuts and seeing how long the waits were, I popped into Italienne to get a cut since it’s pretty much around the corner from my house. I always go with a basic cut, simple layers, nothing too crazy.
Pam had just gotten done taking a class-​I know, should have been a red flag, but she said that she had 17 years of experience.
She said she learned a great new technique for fine hair (my hair is very fine, I compare it to fuzzy baby chicken hair, it’s just super soft and straight)
The end result can best be described by a gasp and few tears.
It basically looked like I had extensions in my hair, with a bob-​esque top half and a thin layer of hair coming out from underneath. It was so bluntly chopped, no texture or smoothness to it.
Reminds me of the time my little sister decided to cut her own hair.
My non-​hair stylist mom took her scissors to my hair and salvaged what she could, prescribing daily use of a curling iron as the main cure.
To top it off– I was charged $ 45!!! She didn’t even style it! She only cut and blow dried it.
I have learned my lesson-​never again will I stray from my Hair Fusion or Supercuts. They have never let me down and are worth the 30 minute wait. As it is now, I have to wait 2 months until this hair nightmare is grown out.
