The Doc is great but her staff is who i have a problem with. They scheduled the my kids $ 180 check-​up a week before the free annual check-​up. Then they tried to tell my wife «your husband canceled it» then changed their story to «the annual isn’t until Sept» then it went to «next week would be ok for an annual» bullshit!!! They new exactly what was happening. And still charged us!!! We’re done with them!!!

Dr. Suter was very thorough with my daughter’s eye exam and spent time making sure I understood her condition and how to work with her. Wait times are long, but she spends a good deal of time with each patient.

Our visits started out well with Dr. Suter. Then when I had to buy glasses somewhere else, they started treating me differently. Dr. Suter would come in and do the exam on my daughter and never say one word to me. I had to ask another staff member what needed to be done. That happened twice and now we no longer see Dr. Suter. I am very disappointed in how I was treated there. I would not recommend this dr to anyone!
