Pizza Hut

Yes, it’s not gourmet. Yes, it’s fast food pizza. But, it’s very convenient, fast, and good.
I’m a little biased when it comes to Pizza Hut only because of the fond memories I have of it. My grandma used to take me and my older brother to Pizza Hut for our own personal pan pizzas. They came in a hot, iron skillet and they were delicious! Those are memories I treasure and hold on to because she’s been gone for 20 years now! I’ll always love Pizza Hut because of her!
This location is convenient for my family because it’s close to our home. I usually place our order from my phone app. I’ve never had a bad pizza. Our orders have always been correct and they are always ready before we arrive.
Pizza Hut is definitely not as good as some local parlors, but when this momma is tired and doesn’t want to cook or go anywhere, it’s perfect for our family!

I haven’t ordered pizza from here in a while but the ones I did order were not worth 18.00 each. I ordered the family chicken Alfredo as well and it was supposed to come with breadsticks. Well they were not delivered. I had to call and let them know and the girl had to check and see if I was actually supposed to get them. She then proceeded to tell me if would take 40 minutes to deliver them. A big zero for customer service. The wings and cookie was good though.

Horrible customer service!!! Would never order from again. My pizza was never delivered. The ladies answering the phone were very rude. My suggestion is order from a different pizza company!

Worst customer service ever, I had ordered a pizza around 6pm. They said it would arrive around 6:30pm. Never showed, I called them around 7:30pm and they were rude and they said they showed up and no one was home. My wife and I sat around waiting for it to show and it never did. They lied to us and said that we were not home. And that they would send another pizza out. The lady was rude and they still ended up charging our card.

Really bad service. All staff members including management in this location need to take customer service classes. I ordered chicken wings from Pizza Hut online and went to pick up at store. When i arrived i asked cashier if they were boneless wings, because that’s what i ordered, she rudely and with an attitude told me they were, because that is what was printed on my receipt. I checked the box because I’ve had bad experiences from these guys before. Just as i suspected, upon opening box i found bone-​in wings instead of boneless. I brought my concern to cashier and she just said, «Oh, we’re going to have re make them. They will be ready in about six minutes». I never got an apology or sense for care from anyone at the store. While the wings were being made i went next door to grab some drinks. I arrived back to Pizza Hut to pick up my wings and cashier told me they gave my order to someone else. They told me they would have to make them a third time and that it would be another six minutes, again no apology. I expressed my frustration to team members and what i got back from them was, «What? You want to do something about it» Really rude and definitely unprofessional. I asked for manger and when she came her greeting was «what do you guys want». The manager’s lack of professionalism and integrity is very apparent and reflect on rest of the team members. I explained my whole experience to manager. All the manger could do for me, instead of apologising, is give me a $ 10 credit which she said she was unsure if it will work.

Paid for a pizza and a 2 liter of soda n the guy said he forgot it finally an hour later it’s on it’s way … Horrible service. Pizza was good tho. Would of been nice to have a soda with it.

This evening I got two amazing pizzas to feed my brother and his friends. Not only was it a great price but the manager Julie personally assisted us and she was kind, helpful and showed us the pizza before we left to make sure it was to our satisfaction. Julie made our experience pleasant and we had great pizza, thank you!

I have never had such a horrible experience! I ordered online to take advantage of the 50% off promotional offer. It is Wednesday and we have school kids arriving for a small birthday party so I did a timed delivery for 5pm. My confirmation email stated that my pizza would be delivered from El Paso, TX. I called that restaurant and sure enough, they had my order in their queue. I canceled as I live in Bakersfield, Ca and tried to reorder online but was taken to a screen declaring the store I was trying to order from no longer delivers. I called and spoke to a manager who took my order and honored the 50% discount. At 5:12 I called the store asking where my order was and was told that the driver was already en route. On a horribly bad day it takes appx. 12 mins to reach my home from Pizza Hut. At 5:30 I again called asking where my order was as I had called almost 20 mins ago and was told it was en route. The employee said,” I remember you and it was more like 6 mins ago” I responded by saying it didn’t matter, the order was to be here at 5pm! She said «well its only… Oh is 5:32, hold on». She then tells me the driver is in front of my house. I replied that I was on my front lawn and no one was there. A few mins. later the driver showed up. When I asked what the delay was she stated «I’m just the driver Ok? I can’t control how fast they make the pizzas». I ordered 6 pizzas and 44 wings, but apparently neither the size of my order nor the amount of times they have delivered to me over the last 12yrs matters.

I like the pizza, just not the service. The last few times I have called I’ve been put on hold for an inordinate amount of time. When I waited just to see how long it would take, 17 minutes was my max and I hung up frustrated. I did want to see what was going on to have waiting so long. I drove over to the store, called from the parking lot and got «Thank you for calling Pizza Hut, can you please hold» and without waiting for an answer, was promptly placed on hold. Here’s why I decided to write the review. The girl was on her phone texting! There were no guests in the store and she wasn’t answering other lines. Texting! Absolutely ridiculous. I hope the management there read this. I’d call to complain but would just get put on hold.

I’ve had many bad experience delivery wise at this specific Pizza Hut. I’ve waited 3 to 4 hours for their arrival. And that is not it, I also had to call them literally 5 times complaining. Obviously the phone calls did not do anything for me.
When they finally arrived the pizza man demanded me for tips? I told him no, because he did not deserve tips. responded, «i’m sorry but you have to. My manager will get mad».
I did not feel like arguing with the guy, since i’m already heated as ever. I mean c’mon I was pretty much starving for the last 5 hours. Waiting. I just gave him the tip & slam my door.
Once I opened the box, the pizza was ice cold. I was not satisfied what so ever.
Never again. Worst customer service EVER. They do not work professionally or care about their paying customers.

Let’s face it, Pizza Hut tastes like Pizza Hut. The problem with this location is the rude staff, bad service, and pizza that always shows up at the door cold. If this was the last place to buy pizza on earth I would never eat pizza again.

I am not a pizza connoisseur — I am a cheap date. Pizza Hut works for me!
$ 10 for a large pizza with three toppings and crust of your choice. I normally get the thin crust with chicken, tomatoes, and peppers. You can even customize your pizza so half of it can have three toppings and the other side can have different toppings.
It’s great for those nights where you’ve worked late or you’re too busy to cook dinner. I’m not sure if I could do this more than once a week.
+1 star for having an iPhone app. I can order my custom pizza from my phone and pick it up in 20 minutes — it’s very convenient. The pizza itself isn’t half bad — it’s a step below CPK and a few steps above cardboard. For $ 10, I’m not expecting gourmet but, the convenience is well worth it.
