Very friendly. customer service is top notch. they actually ask you if you’ve been helped. and by asking me that .I bought my very first firearm from them. but I will only go to THIS location. the other one… eh. I would stand there looking at something with no acknowledgment from the staff. I’ve could’ve heard crickets… but yes.5 stars for this location. and will continue to make future purchases here…

I frequent the place about three times a month to utilize their firing range, make purchases and receive advices. The staff offers great advice, personal insight and experience to the customer. The facility is always clean, orderly and very well situated. I usually utilize the firing range during the weekday mornings wherein a person by the name of Shelby keeps things orderly, safe and friendly.
All in all, i could not ask for a nicer indoor firing range experience.

Chris in the sales area is amazing. He made me feel comfortable in my purchase. He never made me feel like I was being pushed into something I wasn’t able to handle. He was patient with me and made sure I was very aware of all safety measures. He is very knowledgeable on all guns and very helpful. I would absolutely recommend this store and the great salesman to my family and friends. Whoever is looking for a gun or fun info stop in and ask for Chris.
Also Shelby is amazing. She is very personable and knows her stuff. She made me feel very comfortable my first time shooting. She also came inside the range to see if I was feeling ok and comfortable with what I was shooting. She made me feel like I wasn’t being pushed into something I wasn’t ready for.

Wonderful, friendly staff! Great selection and what you can’t find they will order for you. Range is clean and well lit. Range prices vary but are on the lower end. Well scheduled no nonsense CCW classes offered on site, which is nice.

Great inventory and great people to help you out. Shooting range is best in town with clean and well lit lanes.
Some people complain about service, but always top notch for me. Maybe some are novice gun purchasers, and don’t realize buying a firearm is serious business. Spend some time in the shop and the staff will learn who you are and treat you like a regular.

I have had nothing but pleasant experiences with the new location. I had a range membership under the old management and to be honest, I am more impressed with the new owners. I will continue to come back.

Bought my first firearm here. Safety is very important at all times and they emphasize it. They are very friendly and answer all of my many many questions. The manager and assistant manager have been extremely knowledgeable and helpful. My mossberg 930 spx shotgun front sight fell off the first day I had the gun (that’s on mossberg though) so I told them what happened. They immediately pulled the sights off another mossberg 930 spx and secured them on mine problem solved. A few days later I took my shotgun back to have the sight he just put on removed because I went with a quad rail system for attachments and a red dot sight. They didn’t complain one bit or make any rude facial expressions when I had them remove the sight I just had him put on a recently. I’ve done a few other modifications to the gun and the manager continues to answer all my questions ensure everything is in proper working condition and safe after I have modified. They have earned my business and respect.

Ordered a new grip for my wifes .38 special.
After not hearing anything for over 3 weeks I decided to stop in and see whats up.
The girl that helped me was an unable to tell me if the grip had come in becase she or no-​one in the store was allowed to open the box that had come in with special order items…
Place is a joke… Got my money back and will never be back.

Just went in with the wife to renew her range membership and I was really amazed at their customer service. I’ve heard alot of bad reviews about their mowhak location, but they were awesome at this new one. As soon as we walked in a gentleman right away assisted us and directed us where we needed to go. The lady that dealt with us was also very nice and proffesional. They are very good people. Their range is really nice, up to date and you can take your shotguns, AR’s and AK’s. Also they are fully stocked with ammo and a variety of firearms. I’m so impressed with this range that I plan on also getting my own range membership.
