Small Change

Yeah the stuff you buy is good price but of course you never get full price for anything you resale with clothes. Seeing someone put good clothes on the table and only get 18 $. This place is here for when you need that EXTRA money and they are giving you an opportunity to get extra money and clear out closet space. Grow up.

Very reasonable prices and everything is in good condition. Love this store definitely recommend this place.

I loved going in and buying items here when I needed them until I went to take some of my things in to sell and realized how bad this place takes advantage of its customers, I took in a brand new never used bedding set that cost $ 300, a mobile that matched the bedding ($ 65), a swing ($ 160), and a jacuzzi bath ($ 60)items were in excellent condition and I was offered $ 14. I do know they have to make their money too but this is robbery, I feel bad for the moms that are in need help who come in to this store because the lady behind the counter is rude she acted as if she was doing me a favor to wait on me and when she offered me the $ 14 for all four items I almost chuckled and asked for the swing? She rolled her eyes and said that there was a piece missing from the mobile and that she would give me a $ 1 for it. I took my things and left. Do yourself a favor and use craigslist to sell your stuff!

The items are great! But unfortunately they have a really poor customer service, they vacuum on your feet at 5pm when they don’t close until 6pm, I took my babies clothes once and they just paid me 10.00 for 4 — 13 gallon bags full with great condition to new clothes that they didn’t get to wear, I never did it again I wasn’t expecting much but that was way too little, I give all they clothes to someone else for free.

This is the best baby thrift store. We’re just getting started with our lives together and now have a baby on the way. Thanks to them I was able to to buy all the big items I needed for my baby’s nursery and other stuff like a stroller. They also had a bunch baby clothes and a bunch of other neat things.

Small change is a great place to go shopping for second hand childrens items, however selling your items to them leaves you with a ripped off feeling. (Unless you don’t mind) I’d rather give my clothes/​items away to needed children for free. (Lesson learned) But I guess that’s why its called small change! Suggestion would be to exchange your items for a little more cash or get 10% more in store credit. But that’s the business & everyone must get paid somehow!

Amazing prices and quality. I love this store. Buy it when you see it because otherwise it’s gone!

Before you buy new items for your baby check this place out. I found awesome items for a cheap price. The items were in great condition.

I called ahead for buy back and was told to come by on Monday. I did so. I read the bad reviews about customer service at buy back. So I took time to separate all clothes and fold nicely. Walked into main store and they said to go next door. We did. The wan (short brunette) almost snarled at my 5 bags of clothes and said I stopped at 3:30. We were 20 minutes late. I won’t go back — ever. Reviews are true.

Small change is an adorable little consignment/​thrift store located in a little strip mall on Auburn just West of Oswell that specialized in baby furniture, clothes, and toys.
There are two parts to the store. One side sells furniture, strollers, car seats and other large items and the other sells clothes, games, and toys. I visited the clothing and toys section as I was looking for books and toys for my kindergarten classroom.
Everything is displayed very attractively and all of the items are in excellent (almost new) condition. I found a whole pile of books in perfect condition and picked up several board games for my students to play all at ridiculously cheap prices.
Check out the pictures I took of the clothing displays and other items and you’ll see this is nothing but top notch stuff!

I love this store, the owner is very nice. But the lady they have buying for them acts like she hates her job. She acted annoyed that my clothes were organized in seasons. Nothin is worse then bad customer service. Other then that i love the store :)

I love this store. Good kids clothes at good prices. I have heard a lot of negative things about selling your stuff here, but I am glad they are picky about what they take bc that means I have to search less.

i first went to small change to shop for the upcomming birth of my daughter, and it was a great place to shop, great bargens. iv receantly gone back to sell some of my gentaly used baby clothes that my daughter has grown out of, NEVER AGAIN! wen i first got there they dumped my bag on the table and started sorting threw my stuff. the lady was very rude and treated my clothes like they were discusting rags. She tossed aside perfactly good dresses, because they had no bloomers, pants, tops and onsies. nothing was stained or riped but because nothing was «pinned together like an outfit» and she «didnt have time to be matching tops and bottems» they only picked 10% of my bag. they made me feel like i was poor and my clothes were descusting. ill never go there again.

This is a great store.
You might find it a bit pricier than other thrift stores, but the quality of the stuff found there is much nicer. It is definitely worth the money.
The staff is also very nice and helpful.

This place is Awwwweeesome! Seriously. I have no idea how they are able to sell for such low prices! I always, ALWAYS find great deals here on gently used baby items.
It’s extremely clean, no yucky second-​hand store smell, organized and tons of selection.
