My now husband bought my beautiful engagement ring here in October – it has many little diamonds around an emerald cut diamond, it’s just gorgeous.
I went in the Sunday before our Friday wedding (two weeks ago) because I had not ordered Anthony’s ring, Joe & Andrew were amazing and had it overnighted & it was in Bakersfield on Tuesday.
Pretty much all of my friends have gotten their wedding rings from Taffera – not only because we have known them for years, but because their quality and customer service are top notch. All of our rings are different and unique, so proud to have piece of jewelry from here :)

DIAMOND RING DISASTER OF THE YEAR
GUYS, Taffera Jewelers made me look like a fool when 5+ diamonds fell out, it had to be remade, and they forgot to size it twice!
LADIES, if you plan on wearing your ring during your engagement period, pray it’s not coming from Taffera’s Jewelers.
I purchased a ring 1 year ago and since then it had to be remade due to strength reasons, it has had multiple diamonds fall out both before and after the remake, and it had to be resized. Not a big deal? They sent it back to me TWICE without the resizing… I guess they forgot to check?
That’s called a LACK OF QUALITY CONTROL.
Here is the kicker. It’s ok to fail once in a while. I was even patient enough to let them fail multiple times but when I asked for a full refund now that there are two diamonds missing and my wedding is in 30 days, THEY SAID NO.
They want to give me a partial refund! Taffera Jewelers does not stand behind their products.
Worst of all they were good friends of mine. We went to high school and middle school together. So, don’t think this won’t happen to you.
Beyond anything, my beautiful fiancé had to go to her wedding shower with 2 missing diamonds last month, and she had to part with her ring more than 5 times.
Is a refund too much to ask for?
Now that they’re closing shop, do you think they will take care of you when your diamonds fall out?
I’m so disappointed in Taffera Jewelers.
