So I scheduled an appointment to have these folks come out and bid on a job. 20 minutes before they are supposed to arrive, they give me a call to see if my wife will also be there as they like to go over the job with both people.
My wife works long hours and we’re looking to move on this sooner than later so I explain that we’ve already gone over what we want together and have gotten other bids. We just need an estimate from them so we can make an educated decision.
To my amazement, they tell me that they are going to pass on the job since my wife won’t be there. Apparently, these folks can communicate better with my wife than I can.
I’m stunned. That’s my experience. Take it for what it’s worth.
