I never had so much fun at a retail store in my life, the atmosphere was awesome even the music. The whole crew their were full of jokes and they got me family out of their at a reasonable time. I actually didn’t want to leave. I’m making this my home store!

Been there 4 times — all bar experiences. Staff are rude, clueless and completely unhelpful. If you don’t want to work there don’t take it out on the customers. AT&T need to rehire for this store and actually instruct the staff to be friendly

Great customer service, best store in the city I recommend going to this store over any others in the city especially the university city location that store has the worst customer service ever and the Manager is Incompetent

This place blows. Was given incorrect information by the staff. Staff was rude, short, snippy, and stand offish. Switched to Verizon who cut our bill drastically… couldn’t be happier.

I went to Andorra and the service was horrible!!! Walked in att on City Ave and the vibe was AMAZING!!! This store is the BEST!!! Customer service was on point and the hospitality from the employees made me feel like I was family!!! I’ll only do business with AT&T on City Ave.

No stars for this store. Had a friend with a speech impediment call for assistance for his Samsung Galaxy to be repaired and the gentleman told him if he wanted his device fixed he needed to go to Korea. So sad that someone could have a job with customer service and treat an handicapped person the way he did. I did call back to talk to the manager but was on hold too long so I couldn;t talk to him. I hope I never have to visit the store.

This is the poorest excuse for a business if I’ve ever seen one. The staff show no level of professionalism or respect for customers. Customer service is ludicrously awful – I waited over 40 minutes to exchange an accessory while the four staff who were working hung out at a table together with headphones and listened to music. Having worked in the service industry, I can understand that things can sometimes get overwhelming. However, I have visited this store twice now to get a replacement for a phone accessory. When I walked in the door, I wasn’t greeted [I mean, really?] instead, a security guard asked for my name. As I looked around me, it became clear that many of the customers were growing frustrated and had been waiting for a while. The first time, I was told that the part wouldn’t be replaced without a charge. I bought the cover less than 3 months ago and had the receipt in hand(Since I bought it from att originally, I wanted to save myself the hassle of mailing it back to the manufacturer.) I didn’t make it through the second time because after a 40 minute wait,(even with 4 staff on, all of whom, by the way we’re playing with iPads and phones. They even brought out headphones to listen to music with each other) i just had to leave. I found the service completely unacceptable, and I will never return.

Came in one day with a friend to return a fitbit bracelet. Walked in, no greeting at all, whatever. We put our name on a list that was displayed on a screen but wouldn’t have known to do that if I hadn’t seen the screen. So we ask a lady if we can ask her a question(redundant I know just focus on the review) and she says you can’t ask me right now and walks away. No bueno. 20 minute wait with three ppl working and 4 customers that’s ridiculous. Meh. Stay away from the lady with diamonds on her nails, box braids and glasses on who may or may not be wearing a polka dot shirt possibly hiding from customers holding an iPad. We told her all we have is a return and she said«Oh» then helped us. Gaaaaaaaahajaoajhajajja !!!
