Good ice cream and churros. They make the Charose is soon as you order them so if you order churros, make sure you have a few minutes that way you can wait for them. The fruit looked like it was of good quality and there werent any bugs flying around. they get extra points for that! Also beware of the parking at night it’s pretty packed but you should be able to get in and out pretty easily if your aware of your surroundings. There are lots of people walking around in the area, and it’s predominantly Spanish-speaking. But please don’t let the language barrier deter you from trying out this ice cream shop it’s really good and there’s usually someone who can speak English in there to assist you. I will tell you though, there are usually little kids crying and screaming inside of the ice cream shop. The employees are very friendly. In all honesty, it is a bit overpriced but I still like it

The first time I came here it was very packed. I guess it could explain the rough customer service… but still! Not my fault.
Went again today for a «Bionico». We were the only ones there, it was very clean, as so were the restrooms. Thumbs up! The lady that helped us was different than the last one (who wasn’t very nice). She was very nice and attentive! I was eyeing the awesome ice cream selection and the lady immediately gave me three samples of her favorite ones. Which were very yummy by the way.
Now, I do think that it’s a hair overpriced. The place I used to go to in Dallas was cheaper and I could choose more than just three fruits. BUT! Their fruit is good quality!
Once the heat comes around I’ll be in for ice cream for sure. I just hope this is consistent!

Horrible service. Came in to get two aguas frescas and they took 25 mins to bring them out. On top of that they had no flavor to them. I took them back and got my money back. Oh and they are overly priced! Waste of time and money. Never coming back again!
