This isn’t my normal Office Depot so yesterday was my first time to go here to pick up an online order(you should definitely check out that option!). I appreciated that my order was filled within an hour, and I could pick up my items on my way home from work. Overall, it seemed like any other Office Depot/Max. It’s a smaller store than I am used to, so I’m not sure if they can keep the same amount of inventory as other locations. The store was clean, well-lit, and I was able to get in and out quickly. The downside for me is that the binder I ordered was damaged in the corners. I noticed this while I was still at the store, so I went to check out if I could replace it with another one. Unfortunately, the entire shelf of this particular binder were all damaged in the same place. I’m not sure if this was a design flaw in the product or if it was a packaging issue. Either way, I grabbed the one with the least noticeable damage and was able to effortlessly exchange it for the one I had been originally given. I would return here in the future.

Every time I need a print job, office supplies etc I am always count on them! Jessica is awesome! Always gets it right and usually it’s the same day available even when it’s a 24 hour job!

Manager was rude and did not want to help me even though the store was empty! I will never go back to this location.

Friendly helpful staff go a long way to making shopping here a good experience. Their shelves are always well stocked and attractively displayed. What they don’t tell you though is that, when it comes to big ticket items, you can often save big time if you order on line. You can then either pick it up at the store or have it delivered. And for on line purchases delivery is often free!

In terms of big box office stores, this one really impressed me. I’ll probably choose this location over the Office store in the Quarry from now on(can’t remember if it’s Depot or Max, but same thing, right?). Long story short, we were helped by not one, but two enthusiastic gals who talked ins and outs of mail labels with us(yeah, I always have to re-learn how to do these things every year or so). I also learned that for a small fee, they can perform the dreaded mail merge task for you — something I’d never known since employees at most office stores like this seem to vanish into thin air the second you actually have a question. Thanks Office Depot, for making a mundane Sunday task a little less shitty.

Well kept inside, but no service. One associate was hiding in the aisles pretending to look busy, one woman was left up front to handle shipping by herself, and NO cashiers. Poorly run. I returned my purchases and left the store, taking my business elsewhere. This was around 7:30 on a Tuesday evening.
