I love going here because nine times out of ten, they have what you’re looking for. The people behind the counter sometimes seem like they don’t want to be there and they sometimes open later and close earlier than what is stated. But it’s close by and I’m usually out in 10 minutes. Overall, a great place. It just needs a couple improvements.

Definitely would not recommend this place for beginners, unless you’re a local douche«bro,» you’ll fit right in. Paint sucks(breaks), staff is rude, items are overpriced. Right off the bat, staff seemed lazy and rude with me, unwelcoming of unfamiliar faces. I asked to take a look at a few items, staff member seemed bothered I took a couple minutes deciding on which $ 100 face mask I wanted to purchase. However, this is not my worst experience here. I brought in a 5 year old HPA Tank that needed a hyrdo test. I was aware that it may or may have not passed the test but was assured that if it did not, they would give me store credit($ 35 or $ 45, I cant remember) toward anything. The day for pickup came, it got late, so I decided to call. The staff member said he had meant to call but forgot to. I asked him if it passed and he said yes, the hydro test passed. I asked him if they had filled it up with air prior to my arrival and he said no, they would only do that once I got there. He then mentioned that it might not pass and if it doesn’t I’d have to purchase a new stem(or whatever it’s called), which was very strange. Why would he say this unless he had great reason to think it wouldn’t pass? So I arrive, and my tank is hooked up to the air machine, I thought this was strange. I asked them if they attempted to fill it up and they said no. They begin filling it up and sure enough, it leaks, doesn’t hold any air. They told me the only thing I could do was purchase a $ 45 stem for replacement. They denied me store credit as well. Moral of the story, they’re careless, break your stuff and lie about it. Save the trouble, don’t go here.

By no means am I an avid Paintball Player. In fact, when I first bought my marker at this location in 2005⁄06 I didn’t come back until about a month ago when my now 11 years old decided he wanted to try paintball. The guys that work here are very friendly and knowledgeable. I have been to at least three different paintball stores now and this one in particular has less of a selection that the others. But, that being said, what they do have pretty much will cover any budget size and you can get some good quality gear here that will fit your needs. Their prices are about 10−15% higher than the other places and maybe even more on-line and that can be a factor — BUT, this is a local shop and sometimes we have to bite the bullet to support the local business especially when they offer great tech service. I’ll get back to that in a minute. You can bring your tanks here for Hydro which will cost you $ 35. You have to drop them off by Tuesday and they go Wednesday and return the following Wednesday. They offer rental equipment for $ 20 which is slightly more expensive than just renting it at the location(at least more than SC Village) but they have a pretty liberal return policy giving you lots of days to get it back in case you decide you want to go to more than one place or have paintball fun somewhere ther than your scheduled field. If you only plan on going one day to one field, then rent it at the field and save yourself some $$. It’s what I should have done. Now, onto the tech part. In 05⁄06 I bought a Spyder VS3 at this location. Used two times max. Loaned it out over the years once or twice. Pulled it out of storage a couple of weeks ago and complete failure. Happened to be in Chino and took it over to a paintball store over there and it was a nice shop, the guy behind the counter was very nice and helpful. I left my marker there to see if he could repair it. Got called back the enext day and was told that it could not be repaired. It was just a big paperweight and it was not worth fixing because the cost would be too much that it was more cost effective just to buy a new marker. I tried to buy a Spyder Fenix right there but he had none in stock. I left disappointed. I went back to AA and I picked up a Danger Power E1 Marker($ 20 more than everywhere else) and then I said to myself«let’s see if they can do anything with the VS3.» They charged me $ 35 for a complete breakdown, I was fully expecting to get a call back about new parts needed, additional cost, can’t be done. But to my surprise and excitement I got a call yesterday letting me know that it was repaired and ready to be picked up. Based on that alone I’ll keep coming back and supporting these guys even if I have to spend a little more $. It’s worth it. We need to make sure we keep places like this open and available at a local level. If they shut down then our options become really level. This is a top notch tech crew. They are friendly and knowledgeable although sometimes understaffed, I recommend you support AA and get your paintball supplies here. Finally, to be clear, not everything is more expensive. They have some great prices on paint, especially their lower end stuff.

Picked up 2 boxes of HK Balls, & a pod/tank harness, And filled up my tanks for the match I had the next day at SCV. I’m bigger than the average OneSizeFitsAll harnesses. So the item selection & availability is awesome. Plus the staff seem really easy going and will only set you up with what you need, not about what costs the mosts. Which is why this from now on my Go-To Paintball Shop.

This place I a little hard to find, and a little out of the way, but a great place to fill up for a backyard game or grab some supplies before you hit the field. You could find stuff cheaper online but it’s nice not to wait for shipping and to talk to a real person.

Although the drive to AA Paintball is out of the way for me, I can’t imagine going anywhere else. The service is great, and the staff is knowledgeable and friendly. I went in to get my paintball gun repaired. The connector on my ASA line broke. The part cost $ 5, but the staff was friendly enough to help me install it on the house. They might have bitten more than they can chew, because it took them a couple of minutes, a vice grip, and two pairs of arms to get it off. Their great service saved me time and energy. I’ll definitely be back for my paintball repairs. Don’t wait till the last day to buy your paintballs, they’re usually all gone by the weekend.

Paintball shops are few and far between. Whenever one of my local shops are closed or if they don’t carry what I need I always call up these guys. I have bought pod belts and internals for my Tippmans, Spyders, and my Azodin KP. I’m big on saving cash and playing on a budget and so far I have always been able to find a deal here. The staff won’t go too far out of their way to see if you need any help, but I don’t like to be bothered and just because they may be a bit on the quiet side doesn’t mean they don’t have excellent customer service. They also know what they’re talking about. I’ve had quite a few random questions to throw at them and they have always found an answer for me. They also have a large stock of paintball jerseys and pants. Tons of pods at a good price. There is always something on sale that I end up buying when I tell myself I’m not gonna buy anything. Check em out. My only real complaint is how hard it is to find them unless you know the area.
