I have been going to this eye doctor for about 3 years
I always like to keep my business locally. I’ve spent hundreds of dollars between my wife and myself on high end frames and visits. You would think that would give me some level of accommodation however small.
I was very disappointed that when my wife went there and ask for a note to verify on a previous visit there was no major issues with her eyesight THEY ASKED HER TO PAY AN ADDITIONAL $ 15.00 to get a copy of the visit she had had only a 2 mod earlier. We asked if they could waive that the receptionist promptly said there were NO EXCEPTION EVEN FOR GOOD CUSTOMERS. Clearly this place now no interest in retaining a good CUST. I will reach out to them again
And see if they will reconsider… To be continued.
