Papa John’s Pizza

Had the pepperoni and sausage pizza. First time ever having papa John’s and it was alright. The sausage has a strong flavor profile of flannel seed. The sauce is good and the crust is mediocre. I don’t remember what the cheese tasted like, but it wasn’t the best. The pizza is pretty greasy as one can tell by looking at the bottom of the box.

We’ve been going to this Papa John’s pizza location for about a yr… We had never ever had any problems with our order.

Never again will I come here worst service! I walked in and there was nobody up front. I said «excuse me» 3 times and still nobody. After waiting 15mins I decided to leave.

this papa johns service sucks. Came in to pick up pizza and placed a separate order upon arriving. Was told it would take about 10min. I sat and waited for 10 then got up to buy a soda and asked how much longer for the wings. I’m then told they were unaware of the order and get started just then, and told again it’ll be another 10min wait. ONE JOB! John would be very disappointed.

I don’t know why everyone is hating on this Papa John’s location. I’ve never had any big problems and have order from them for about 2 years. Maybe its how I order that makes it so I never have any issues.
I go online, order everything I want, I am very particular and specify it in the order (well done pizza, light cheese, extra sauce, 4 garlics, lots of pepperoncini, and tons of topping). I wait 15 mins, drive 7 mins to get there and its always ready and exactly how I specified.
Worst that happened was when I picked it up I asked the kid is it well done, they forgot, said sorry, threw it back in for a few mins, no problem.
Kids that work there seem nice (most are high schoolers or fresh out of high school so give them some slack). Minus 1 star for bad parking situation and a couple times some of the bigger bread sticks could of been cooked longer.

My BF ordered us a large two topping pizza barbecue sauce, pineapple and spicy Italian sausage, pizza tasted good a little on the sweet side. Pizza came with Italian butter dipping sauce and peppercinis so that was a nice add on. We also got 8 buffalo wings, the sauce was good but the chicken should be cooked a little longer. We ordered delivery and received our order in a timely manner.

Ordered online and wasn’t told how long it would take to receive pizza. When the email finally came through, I was hit with a $ 4 delivery fee?! Additionally there is a sweet note advising the delivery fee is NOT a tip, and a tip should be added. When I called the store, they stated my order was almost complete. When I told them I would go pick it up, they immediately changed their response to, «it’s on it’s way already». How convenient. As much as I love this pizza, I will no longer buy from here! Order your pizza from Pizza Co! It is the same price, and nicer service!

Tastes better dipped in garlic butter. They used to refuse delivering in LP. Friendly service. Decent pizza. I’d recommend finishing it the first day, bread gets kinda chewy after a day.

This papa johns location is the worst location I have ever ordered in. Also I have every right to complain because I am a former delivery driver from a sister location. I know how fast papa johns makes their pizza and approximately how long it takes to deliver them with two orders in your car.
I am well aware that papa johns closes at 11pm Sunday’s-Thursday’s and I ordered a large pizza for delivery at 10:52. It doesn’t matter if it’s 10:55 if someone orders ONLINE you take the mother fucking order! Pizza rules 101 f*cker.
This store location cancelled my order because they wanted to go home. I tried to call and they didn’t answer their phones. Thanks for the horrible customer service you piece of sh*t store.
I ordered dominos and they got here within 15 minutes.

I am shocked and appalled by the unprofessional service that we received when we placed our order this afternoon. When we called to check on our order the woman that answered was very unprofessional in both the choice language that she used during the course of the conversation and her interaction. When we asked for the status of our order her exact words were «oh wait what the f***!» Then when she attempted to explain the delay she said «the time be changing and s***!» I was speechless due to that I have never had and interaction such as this when calling any food service including other Papa Johns establishment which I have always held in high regard. I am very concerned and unsure that I will be ordering from this Papa Johns in the future…

Order online to add coupons that float around on the Internet and just pick it up. Seems like delivery sucks here. Although, if you do pick it up, you’ll feel like someone is going to rob you. That’s a byproduct of the area. Can’t help it. Real jank looking place.
It’s a bit difficult to get out of the little plaza if you are heading south on Francisquito.

I’m going to throw in with all the other low scores. After unsuccessfully trying to apply a coupon to my order via the company website, i tried placing my order the old-​fashioned way. Except in the middle of my listing of the toppings i wanted, the kid taking my call tried talking me into ordering something else. Twenty minutes later, I’m already staring down a pie from Baldwin Park Pizza Co. Thanks, Papa John’s, for reminding me why I kept my distance from chain pizzas in the first place!

Ordered my pizza one hour before closing time. Waited till 11 pm and nothing. So I called and no answer. So I decided to drive over there since I don’t live that far and what do you know they’re freaking closed !! I knocked and they finally opened And the worker tells me the pizzas are being delivered. I said I ordered an hour ago and he checks the shelf and my pizza was sitting there ! I wouldn’t have done it if my card was not charged. But it was. Anyway, don’t ever order from here. They suck. Oh yea and to too if off the pizza was made wrong. -.-

I ordered my pizza around 10:30.
I waited until 11:30.
Midnight rolled around.
Pizza was never delivered.
I called the 800#. They let me know that the store cancelled my order. They never attempted to call and let me know either.
NEVER AGAIN WILL I ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION.

The pizza tastes good and always arrives within 30 to 45 minutes! I prefer ordering online which saves time and can accumulate points! Free pizza!

This place doesn’t even deserve a star. I just put one cause it is mandatory. I ordered pizza about 2 years ago 1 and half hour pass and nothing. So I called the store and they said they were short handed on drivers but they would be at my house within 10 min. I said ok. About 1 hour later the delivery guy shows up and tries to hand me a 2 and a half hour old pizza. I said get the fuck out of here with that shit. He apologized and said he would bring a new one. I said don’t bother. That was the first and last time I ordered from there

Worst place I’ve even eaten they should be under new management or just close and do all of us papa john customers a favor.

Friendly customer service. Large 3 topping for $ 7.99 + tax. Count your change before leaving counter! Pizza not bad for $ 7.99 + tax.

I like Papa John when it comes to ordering pizza… This location was a big disappointment!!!
I ordered from this location multi– times, both delivery and carry out. Quality of pizza was good but not the facility or the services.
Delivery: The delivery time was slow. When they quoted you for 30 – 40 minutes. You are looking at 1 hour to hour 30 minute. $ 2.50 delivery fee plus tips for the driver. I do not think the slow delivery time off-​sets that amount!
Carry –Out: Very dishonest employee. Double check your bill before you pay. The staff tried to over charge me for $ 1, when I confronted her, she was not happy. That is $ 1 extra per order, imagine how much extra money they are making by over charging people!!! The shady part is that when I called corp office for this matter and they told me that my order was canceled and they had no record of my order! Very dishonest!!!

Placed my order online at 7:21pm the other night. Paid with a credit card, got my confirmation email…
at 8:20 I call them… went thru the whole automated jibberish, got to a human and he asked me to hold. 3 Minutes on hold — I get another call via call waiting — I click over to answer it and its the delivery guy and he is lost. What??? This isnt the first time I’ve ordered from them (it might be now (ohhh it gets better)) and I live on a fairly big street. Takes him 15 minutes to arrive… he rings the doorbell and hands me the box, and tells me the total… first thing out of my mouth was «WTF??? I paid with a credit card… hand him my phone so show him the confirmation email that shows Credit Card. He fumbles thru all his receipts in his pocket. Says he will call the store to verify. Fine…
After trying to get thru the automated system he gives up and asks me to sign the receipt. Are you telling me you’re just gonna leave without me paying you cash? Or were you trying to scam me out of some cash by telling me I didnt pay via credit card???
I wasnt born yesterday buddy, I know you young kids — and good thing I’m street smart.
