Very disappointed with the poor customer service. On Friday 02/12/2016 I walked into the Starbucks location around 9am with my 4 year old son, I needed to buy gift cards for my sons teachers. There was only 2 customers ahead of me, the barista was having difficulties with the register and entering the order, while he was trying to fix the problem he only acknowledge the person ahead of me since he appeared to be a regular customer they made his drink while dealing with the register issue. I waited for over 15 minutes just standing there in front of their face and they did not once say anything to me, not an apology for the wait, or at least a we will be right with u. It got me frustrated to see the baristas talking amongst each other but did not bother to acknowledging my presence. I understand technical difficulties are out of there control but the lack of customer service has no excuse. I will never be going to that Starbucks location ever again. I ended walking out and not a word was said to me when they saw me walking out.

This was by far the loudest Starbucks I have ever been in my life. I went here to study and the music was blasting, employees were talking very loud and I do not recommend coming here for work or studying!

I am a Big fan of Starbucks ;) I came here tonight to sit down and do some work. Starbucks is always a good place to unwind and get things done. On this Visit i walked in and systems just happen to go down and all i wanted was a hot tea. The cashier asked if i was feeling under the weather(i guess she could tell lol) she said i shouldn’t have to wait and said my tea was on the house SCORE! i ordered the Jade Citrus Mint Tea and i ask for Honey on the side ;) Try it! Bad Customer Service. Went for 3 Vanilla Bean(2 Grande & One Tall), a Café Late(Grande)& a Chocolate Moca Latte(Grande) as I was ordering this employee(at the perpetration unit) yells at another employee having the cashier Michael to tell her to not yell. Then the cashier completely ignores me as I repeat my order and ends up not charging me for one of the Grande Vanilla Bean and I needed to repay for the one that he missed when I clearly repeat my order for this same reason. Then my mother needed to use the restroom. She asked one of the employee the pin # for the restroom, & then gave her the men’s pin #, when my mom went to confirmed the pin # with the same employee the lady goes«Oh that’s for the men’s restroom, you need that» Hello?! If a woman is asking you for the pin # wouldn’t you think its for the ladies restroom and at that the employee could have asked«Woman or Men» that would have been more suitable than to provide the wrong pin. All in all not what I expected out of a Starbucks Facility. Disappointing of the lack of customer service.

The worst customer service at this starbuck. I went into this starbucks on my way to work at 10:30 pm there were people inside the barista tells me that they were closed but the drive thru was still open. Now there was no sign that had hours posted for inside and drive thru the sign just said they closed at 11:00 pm. What’s the difference if I’m inside ordering or ordering thru the drive thru? They use the same equipment to make the drinks in which I was only getting an ice coffee and wanted to put my own creamer in my drink. There were no people in the drive thru so is it that hard just to take my order rather than telling me to go through the drive thru when I’m already inside, so that night they lost a customer. In a nutshell poor pissed customer service.

Older barista was very smarmy, dismissive and downright rude attitude when I asked a question. Sucky customer service training, obviously or just plain old cranky person who should not work in areas dealing with customers. Not going back here or recommending others to patronize this Starbucks until that older barista gets retrained or they get rid of them.

I’m surprised to see so many negative reviews, but not shocked by it. I used to go to this location EVERY morning without fail for my usually Trenta Green Tea no sweetener, light ice and Spinach Feta Wrap or Reduced Fat Turkey Bacon Sandwich which they knew before I even ordered. Well, since I’ve broken my ADDICTION(seriously, it was a problem. I’m surprised someone didn’t do an intervention), I occasionally come back and was taken aback when the barista remembered my order and my name(it had been a few months, possibly a year since I had been back). I always find the morning crew more pleasant and on the ball than the afternoon shift. I don’t know if it’s me, but it’s been more than a few times an afternoon person has pissed me off in someway(which is weird because I am NOT a morning person so I’m more likely to have an attitude and be in a pissy mood). This is why I’m not shocked to see you the bad reviews from other people. In all the morning girls and guys seem to always have it together and will go over and beyond in doing their jobs.

This is probably the worst Starbucks to go to. I once had a barista give me attitude because i ordered a drink and forgot to say iced and when I did he said *ugh well all our drinks come hot unless you say so*. And he was giving me terrible looks. Enough about that, the Starbucks is spacious and has both indoor/outdoor seating. Please no smoking. And the place is kept clean. The only issue i ALWAYS have at this location is getting my drink right. They will either forget sonething(syrup around the cup) and/or put something you didnt want(you’ll see them scoop out whipped cream) and youll get your order after the person behind you that ordered TWO of the same drink you did. It is a shame because the people(other then that rude guy whom I havent seen since) are farily nice. But their quality sucks. Go to the one by the mall, they never mess up and they are super quick. PS. I dont complain about my drink because Id rather not chance having something in the new drink.

Morning crew is nice. I do not like ordering my green tea latter from here because it taste horrible(the hot version, the cold is A OK) After 6:30AM starts getting slow(drive thru). I never got a hold of the snowman cookie this past holiday season!!!

What a gift from the coffee gods! Struggling to function and in need of caffeine, I Unilocal and here is the closest one to me. I never knew until i Unilocaled it. Oh joy and what luck lol!!! It has a drive thru and its located around so many retail stores. Gonna be here now to get my coffee needs.

I come in here to handle my eBay accounts and respond to emails after work But the employees are so annoying. Come here if you love hearing people complain about problems that aren’t problems and talk shit about their coworkers because that seems to be the daily topic of conversation. But the comments are never definitive insults«he was like totally» «and I was LIKE.» «LIKE I don’t…» Aside from that, the wifi rules Always fast But you should probably bring headphones

I have always had nothing but nice things to say about Starbucks. I love Starbucks! I have been to many a Starbucks while on road trips. from CA to TX and TX to NY and alllll the way back here… AND this particular one is horrible! It was THEWORST I have ever been to. I am physically sick to my stomach right now and can’t sleep(nausea…yuck) after having a drink they tried to pass off as a pumpkin spice latte. It tasted like rotten carrots and was just as orange. I imagine that the baristas are constantly making this particular drink all day lately, since it’s a holiday favorite, and I can’t understand how such a disgusting drink was made! My husband and I are always at Starbucks, especially having the incentive of keeping our Gold member status, so we’re always buying coffee to meet the requirements to stay at the Gold level… after tonight, I have no desire to keep that status up! I am so turned off by the thought of a Pumpkin spice latte! Don’t go to this location if pumpkin spice is a fav. Because they will ruin it for life! …or at least a season. Also, the drive thru was super slow. I waited a good while behind a mini van, which seemed to be filled with people, so I wasn’t too surprised that I was waiting, at first. But, then, I saw the barista hand the driver ONE grande hot drink… and then the driver left… what the? I don’t know what happened… maybe she was trying to figure out how to make a pumpkin spice latte taste disgusting for the next customer…(she was courteous at least)
