Got my last pair of glasses here around March for what I would describe as a good price, but not as low as you could get online. Recently my glasses broke at the bridge because of a sports related incident. I went back to see if I could get a new frame. Unfortunately they didn’t have the same frames, but Liz helped me find a frame that would fit the lenses (which did not break since they’re poly carbonate.) She was exceptionally nice, very patient, and super helpful. The new frame only cost me $ 10 which was also a welcome surprise.
In short, if you need to buy glasses and don’t want to do it online, consider Factory Eyeglass Outlet. Speak to Liz though, because otherwise who knows. She’s def the best.

The prices are right. The staff is ok.
As compared to the «national chain stores» and the private opticians and optometrists, they are far superior bacuse they don’t have the «I’m a doctor» attitude.
