We called right when they opened on Monday morning and asked if they had availability for a 2⁄2. Rudely, the woman ignored our question and asked if we had pets. We told her we did have a dog and she immediately asked what breed. When we told her we had a Karelian Bear Dog and added he’s a rare breed but comparable to a Border Collie, she rudely said he wasn’t on the breed approval list and told us to look at the Apartmentfinder book. When we said he was on the approved list, she reminded us very rudely that she was looking at the book as that moment. What a horrible way to do business. I couldn’t imagine dealing with that when I needed something should we actually moved in.
