St. Louis Hot Tub Warehouse

We’ve started to look into getting a hot tub and decided we’d check out St. Louis Hot Tub Warehouse. My wife called this past Wednesday to see what their hours were Saturdays since it’s difficult to go during the week because we live in South County. She was told 10am-​6pm. We get there around noon… no cars in the parking lot but there’s a sign stating «come in, we’re open». Try the door and it’s locked. Sign on the door stated periodically they may step away so give them a call on their cell phone. Ok… I call and the guy states he’s at a Fair and wouldn’t be back until Monday. Honestly… this isn’t something that you could have mentioned Tuesday when we called about the hours of operation and before we drove over half an hour to a closed store? Poor customer service and left a very bad impression.

We recently stopped by St. Louis Hot Tub Warehouse to take a look and see what we might be interested in. We had been shopping around for a hot tub for quite some time and just needed to see a few in person to make a decision.
We were greeted by the owner, who was more than happy to lend us his time. He answered all of our questions and a few we hadn’t even thought of yet.
Long story short… we ended up leaving with a brand new unit for a wonderful price. We couldn’t be happier. It’s been a few months and is just gets better and better.
